Punti negativi: "It was not acceptable and very disappointed that flight DL391 from SDQ to NY-JFK was delayed till it left at 4:40pm because there were no crew members to bring the aircraft to STO DGO the night before as it is usually done so that the aircraft sleeps over in las Americas. We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

So the airport had to scramble buses which made the flight depart more than an hour late. We had a 50-minute layover and Lufthansa did not hold the plane. So we got home a day late."

It’s funny they use the old fit our A380 but such a long flight."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers."

Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."

The take off was rough either seemingly due to tires or perhaps a rough runway. The wifi on the plane would not work. It worked ok my first flight but not on the second. I don't know why and no one knew why either, had the latest app and it was updated to the current version."
