Punti negativi: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Punti positivi: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Punti negativi: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Punti negativi: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Punti positivi: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Punti negativi: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Punti negativi: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.
