easy and ontime, the only downside was TSA at JFK. extremely rude, in fact, it was not very busy that day, and 2 of the TSA agents were just making fools of themselves, yelling at passengers and treating them like cattle. Everyone was complaining about them but I think they were all afraid to confront them about their behaviour because they thought it would cause a delay. I do not care about any of that and I opened my mouth and told them there behavoiur was unprofessional and rediculous.

Excellent experience! I booked through chat deal, and after I booked, I read some bad reviews.....I found that was not the case.....I had to change my ticket before the flight and customer service took care of the change with one phone call and even got me a refund, even though I did not buy travel insurance. The planes were on time an surprisingly comfortable. I just had a great experience throughout the whole process. I'll definitely use them again.

The transfer from terminal 4 to terminal 1 was horrible at jfk taking buses and walking outside of the terminal and the TSA was horrible and slow

The return flight food was more than disappointing. After two weeks of fine Italian food the fare was only fit for prison.

The flight left 20 minutes late arrived about ten minutes lates. It took 30 minutes to revive our bags even though priority. The flight and crew were fantastic.

Royal jordanian Website says check in closed 45 minutes before departure. In reality, it close 60 minutes before. Due to another flight delay, we arrived 50 minutes before. We didn't get our flight and had to but other very expensive tickets for the same flight the next day. Very disappointing.

Old plane from the turn of the millennia. Crew was nice but we had delays and then emergency landing and that delayed a lot. Food was mediaocre and entertainment was non existent because of the age of the plane

The flight was shaking the whole time. We paid for kosher and gluten free, and we didn’t get it and as a family, we paid for sitting together and they put us separately. The crew was very unimpressed It looks like they don’t care. It’s looks like they don’t even care from our situation. Very poor flight will never book again with ITA.

The entertainment didn’t work we order food gluten-free and kosher and they promised me they will have it and we pay for it and still on the flight. We didn’t get what we paid for. The plane was shaking the whole flight.

I would highly recommend to anyone to fly this airlines. I would fly with them again, the flight and crew were amazing, the only thing that wasn't so good was the food but no big deal. I'd still fly with them again for another long flight. I had lots of room with the seat as well.

The ticket counter did not even open until 8:30 AM. They could not find our reservation even though we had a confirmation number. After about 20 minutes they finally found our reservation. They would not let my daughter and son-in-law book a seat online because they had an infant. So they had to get seats at the ticket counter which by this time there was not any decent seats left.

We were delayed leaving so we missed our connection. They paid for all of the travelers with us to get a hotel room but the hotel sold out and some people had to sleep in the lobby. All in all a pretty horrible experience.

Flight was awful. Team wouldn’t check our bags to final destination.

Service was great - flight attendants, on time, etc. the food was ok and the movie choices were limited…. But those things are minor in comparison.

On time Check in. That was not good after sittng in our sits, having been to change the places!

I wish there was ways to charge the phone while in the flight and that the service was better.

A few things, the boarding process was very bumpy and complicated with an interview and things that seems out of order. Once in the plane I think the entertainment was very poor. They advertise wifi, and tv programs as well phone signal and none of it worked properly. There was also no way to charge the phone or electronic devise while in the flight.

The seats are old and very uncomfortable and it felt dirty. The crew where very unhelpful and unwilling. They ran out of vegetarian meals and just didn’t care about it. It was just an awful experience.

You screwed up on my flight, then didn't apply my meal choice to the airway so I didn't have anything to eat the whole 8hour flight. and whats up with the second piece of checked in baggage not being allowed? You should tell customers theres a baggage embargo.

Quando i viaggi sono operati da due diverse compagnie all'andata e al ritorno, e' opportuno essere molto piu' chiari al momento della prenotazione sulle condizioni e i costi applicati al bagaglio (in particolare con Easyjet che e' molto pignola su questo)

Volo cancellato

Il nostro volo è stato cancellato quando già eravamo saliti a bordo. Non c’era alcuna assistenza disponibile in aeroporto che ci dicesse cosa fare o dove recuperare i bagagli. Dopo 3 ore è arrivato il personale dell’aeroporto per dare informazioni esclusivamente per il pernottamento in attesa di altri voli. Ci hanno detto di acquistare altri voli con EASYJET, ma il primo volo disponibile era dopo 5 giorni. Non hanno riprogrammato nessun volo. Come giustificazione ci hanno detto che la compagnia ha avuto un attacco hacker che interessava tutta l’Europa, ma mentre attendavamo spiegazioni in aeroporto abbiamo visto altri voli EASYJET partire. We never were able to get on the flight, I don’t believe this was kayaks fault. But the airlines in Italy posted that they were at sea terminal gate 21 which is at one end of the building we sat there for two hours and then they moved it without announcing it because the intercom did not work to a Building gate six or something like that when the text finally came through on my phone inside the airport we ran to the other gate and they already threw our luggage off the plane and it took off. There was nothing that that airline said they could do so we had to buy a new ticket from a different airline and wait at the airport for six hours . I believe that was ValuJet and the flight was good and it was fast

+ the crew was great + clean airplane - we had priority boarding and there was no call for priority boarding - we had a fast lane (received in the email the info, but not showing on the boarding card) and it was complicated to manage to use it in the MRS airport. The security line was immense and there was no sign whatsoever informing us about Fast Lane, but we found it and had to find the email confirming we had special attention offered by Kayak in the airport of Marseille, etc.

I paid extra for my carry on but it is for “check-in” only. The only way my carry on can go with me to the cabin is to pay another extra 50 Euro under “priority boarding”. This luggage policy is confusing and basically it’s price gouging!

Le vol a été annulé sans aucune autre proposition respectant nos dates et nos tarifs engagés. C'est de la prise d'otage et nous allons devoir lancer une procédure si le remboursement ne se réalise pas rapidement.

Plutôt une bonne surprise pour ma première expérience en vol « low cost ». L’aller Lyon/Olbia était certes un peu « Cheap » (A320 vieillot / communication équipage minimaliste), mais le retour était impeccable (A319 correct / excellent commandant de bord) malgré les conditions météo.

Stiamo raschiando il fondo del barile con le compagnie aeree...belli i vecchi voli con cibo e bevande inclusi...

Nous avons payé un supplément bagage en réservant avec kayak. Nous avions donc une valise cabine. Finalement un supplément de 50€ nous a été demandé ! Et nous avons dû mettre des masques. On espère qu’au retour ça ne se passera pas de la même manière …

Volo in ritardo di 2 ore personale irritato dalla presenza dei passeggeri

When we got our boarding pass it said gate 3 then we went to gate 3 and there was construction there and checked the screen and told us gate 3. After waiting and seeing that people started to board gate 1 we asked what gate our flight was and the gentleman told me gate 2 but we saw that the seats in waiting area were getting empty then we asked again and they told us gate 1 so we decided to board since we we’re almost the last ones there.

Buono ma a una certa un cattivo odore ha invaso la plancia e nessuno ci dava spiegazioni

Forse a causa di un cambio di orario del volo, ho avuto difficoltà ad effettuare il check in on line,ho trovato il sito poco intuitivo.

L'imbarco è iniziato in ritardo a Catania di 30 minuti. L'aereo doveva partire alle 10:30 e invece è partito alle 11:00. La buona notizia è che in volo è stato recuperato 20 minuti e quindi sono arrivato "solo" 10 minuti di ritardo. Invece delle 12:20 sono arrivato alle 12:30.

Esperienza pessima. Dopo una attesa del volo di 8 ore nessuna comunicazione ufficiale sulla sua cancellazione né sulle alternative. Ora è quasi impossibile chiedere anche il rimborso del biglietto e/o delle spese dell'albergo. Personale assente e inutili quelli al check-in.

Una compagnia low cost ma con sovrapprezzo di ogni tipo, sia all'andata che al ritorno ritardi esagerati ed aerei veramente sporchi nel mio posto, nel porta oggetti c'erano tracce di vomito con conseguente cattivo odore poltrone vecchie sgualcite e troppo ravvicinate un viaggio fortunatamente breve ma di una scomodità assurda... nn volerò mai più con wizzair...

Pessimi per quanto riguarda il ceckin. Non mi è stato possibile fare il ceckin online perché siamo all’ndata che al ritorno mi dava un errore dovuta al loro sito e mi hanno fatto pagare 41,50 per il ceckin in aeroporto a Malpensa.Gia all’andata avevo inviato un’email di reclamo ma non c’è stata risposta! Penosi!! Peggio della Ryan Air! In futuro eviterò Wizz Air!!!
