Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

This is how they worked it...They try to board multiple flights off the same counters. You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

I was told by the same flight attendant (Ana) that I was holding up the line, I was trying to put the carry on luggage over the seats. There was a 40 min delay in landing, the bathrooms were locked, once again the same flight attendant made a big deal of this, that I have to make it quick. The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."

Paying for extras like food and luggage does not make the price economical."

They clearly do not have the operational capabilities to run these long-haul flights. Our most recent flight, for which I am writing this review, was delayed by 5 hours, and on top of that, we had to wait to de-plane for 40 minutes since the small destination airport (OAK) could not handle our arrival simultaneously to another Norwegian flight; they coincided because of our astounding delay. There was no legitimate reason for the 4h45min departure delay--no mechanical issues, no weather problems, no airport issues; it was purely Norwegian failing to have their staff available, or them waiting for other delayed flights to arrive to allow those passengers to transfer. We heard absolutely zero explanation except from the pilot who said was due to Norwegian's "own operating issues". There was no staff at the boarding desk, and after the 5 hour delay, some non-Norwegian-affiliated airport employee just said "ok everyone board", because clearly they needed the gate and the Norwegian staff was dragging their feet. I have never seen anything like it: a whole crowd of disgruntled people heading to the podium with no organization. Fortunately, we were flying from Stockholm and the Swedes were all very reserved about the horrible service. In the cabin, it is no-frills as you would expect, but I continue to be disappointed by a lack of water! I can afford to order bottled water from the snack bar, and we did that, but really water should be delivered to all passengers spending 11 hours on an aircraft. The pre-ordered food was pretty bad and definitely not worth the money that they charge for it. If you compare this to a "real" airline's trans-atlantic flights, there is no comparison: Norwegian's cabin crew is a bunch of amateurs from third world countries; a major airline like Lufthansa actually cares about passenger comfort and makes 2-3 times as many rounds through the cabin to deliver things like water, food, wine, hot towels, etc. I think this will be our sixth and final Norwegian trans-atlantic flight. Within Europe, we have had much better experiences with Norwegian."

Quando i viaggi sono operati da due diverse compagnie all'andata e al ritorno, e' opportuno essere molto piu' chiari al momento della prenotazione sulle condizioni e i costi applicati al bagaglio (in particolare con Easyjet che e' molto pignola su questo)

Il nostro volo è stato cancellato quando già eravamo saliti a bordo. Non c’era alcuna assistenza disponibile in aeroporto che ci dicesse cosa fare o dove recuperare i bagagli. Dopo 3 ore è arrivato il personale dell’aeroporto per dare informazioni esclusivamente per il pernottamento in attesa di altri voli. Ci hanno detto di acquistare altri voli con EASYJET, ma il primo volo disponibile era dopo 5 giorni. Non hanno riprogrammato nessun volo. Come giustificazione ci hanno detto che la compagnia ha avuto un attacco hacker che interessava tutta l’Europa, ma mentre attendavamo spiegazioni in aeroporto abbiamo visto altri voli EASYJET partire. Flight delayed by an hour. Crew were great; happy and friendly.

Poor

Flight boarded very late and then flight took off over 2hrs late. No food and drinks provided at airport despite law. Then before landing in Berlin, crew announced that the flight was so delayed that the airport was closed for landings and flight was diverted to Hanover. Flight crew stated over the PA that buses would be waiting at airport to take passengers to Berlin. In fact, no buses or help was provided and passengers were left looking for their own way to Berlin at 1am, when there were very few options Bad bad bad conduct

The price should be cheaper.

I was charged £45.99 for not booking priority baggage. All I had was one cabin bag. This error should have been flagged up prior to us boarding I felt aggrieved, not taken care off. Just before boarding to be stopped with baggage. Please make sure you tick priority baggage for any hand luggage/cabin bag 10kg.

There were no info about 55 eur thst I had to pay, I have back with same aircraft and didn't had to pay any fees, it would be nice if you could said before. Maybe I don't have anough money

Very friendly staff at the airport and onboard.

Boarding and special attendance not managed well by ground crew. Also to late in general. After 90 Min. delayed boarding, it was found that technical repairs of the plain were needed before taxying. Immense waste of time for everybody, Ryan / Malta Air seemed to be doing it all for the first time. Not acceptable.
