Everything good accept food not good

serving food w.ith heavy air tubulance is not advisable especially with hot drinks. Late serving may irritate some passengers but food can wait and safety of the crew is more important..

The staff was great. The food really wasn’t good

There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.

You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

The entire plane from front to back had a terrible smell, as if the sewage pipe had burst and liquid/waste flowed everywhere. The smell may or may not have anything to do with the maintenance crew on board and delayed our boarding. No explanation of the smell. Good thing it was a short flight from Athens to Naples"

Punti negativi: "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

Punti negativi: "The business class seat is narrow (shoulders) and although the flat bed is 2m long, it is is wedged on the feet; I'm 2 m tall, it's really narrow. Moreover, the seat commands are operated by "light touch" placed just below the wrist and hand, so the seat keeps moving all the time."

The day of the flight our connection flight was delayed we were told someone would escort several of the passengers from Lufthansa to the connection with United no one was there. Several of us ran to where the flight gate was but the plane already left. It turns out other people were also called and turned down United’s offer. So the question is since our flight was purposely overbooked did United take advantage of our situation and just leave and cause all of us great pain and duress with no compensation for all of our inconvenience."
