The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

In Rome, American Airlines asked me to pay 148 Euros which is about $160 to check in my two bags between my three family members. Funny thing is that I wasn’t asked to pay any money for the same luggage check in when I left the US. On the way home to San Francisco they lost the two checked in luggages. I paid extra to check in luggage that I shouldn’t have and on top of that they lost the luggage

The flight info was a mess - I could not find any itinerary confirmation anywhere (except the email I was sent) and could not lookup status on the airline websites or anywhere else. My flights did NOT show up on the American Airlines app, and looking up my flight info departure gate etc was practically impossible. Check-in didn't work through app/web and we had to manually do everything with the check-in agent which took 30minutes. ANNOYING! ALSO: in-flight entertainment would only play the same two ads and quit without playing the movie. This happened over and over again.... I must have watched the Canada Tourism and Hyatt ads at least 30 times. ANNOYING! This will be the LAST TIME that I book through KAYAK, and definitely NEVER EVER EVER use chatdeal again!
Our flight was canceled and there was no convenient alternative option. Our trip was prolonged 2 more days. We have not been reimbursed for our time and money wasted.

I felt unbearably sick but couldn't bring myself to get out of my seat. There was no food, no entertainment, and definitely no entertainment. I hope to never fly Volotea again."

Food was not good at all! Salad smelled moldy. Oh yeah, and I ended up paying extra for my bags that were exactly the same as my husbands but he was not up charged. Between the c crew and the constant selling and up charges, I would rather pay more for a different company."

Punti negativi: "Scheduled departure time was 4:00 p.m., but we did not leave until 11:00 p.m. due to a problem with the fuel level indicator. We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Beware!!! -They have a 20 kg or 44 lb weight limit instead of 50 and will charge you an additional 60 euro per bag of over 44 lbs! -Print your own boarding passes, they charge 20 euro per passenger if they have to print it at check in. -There are fees all over the place, it is a SCAM!"

We entered the correct date, but somehow we still received flights for 5 days after the date we needed. We tried to change them at the airport, and after being sent to 2 different ticket counters, we ended up paying an additional $420 to get the flights we needed. Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."

We downloaded the app and the crew just scanned the app boarding passes. It was a huge relief."

Per di più il carrello delle bibite è passato dal retro dell'aereo verso il davanti per cui la maggior parte delle persone ha pensato che tornasse indietro per poter prendere un bicchiere d'acqua e invece niente. Una volta arrivati a prua dell'aereo hanno messo via il carrello."

Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).

Pessimi per quanto riguarda il ceckin. Non mi è stato possibile fare il ceckin online perché siamo all’ndata che al ritorno mi dava un errore dovuta al loro sito e mi hanno fatto pagare 41,50 per il ceckin in aeroporto a Malpensa.Gia all’andata avevo inviato un’email di reclamo ma non c’è stata risposta! Penosi!! Peggio della Ryan Air! In futuro eviterò Wizz Air!!!
