Punti negativi: My friend faced a problem he was booking the flight through your site by kiwi.com and he coudnt do the check in because he dont have the email and the password so he had to pay 60€, so i hope if the kiwi.com notes this matter.

Inoltre assurdo annunciare un gate errato, sia in inglese che in italiano e costringere le persone ad un pellegrinaggio in andata e ritorno in un gate errato

Punti negativi: With Ryanair even if you break your leg during your trip and you’ll need an emergency trip back home they will make you pay a double seat (2 tickets because you have to stretch your broken leg) + 50€ commission on that second ticket. A 3€ for a small plastic water and of course a physical screaming/aggression from their staff while you are on a wheelchair. Thank you. Always a pleasure. You never surprise me.

Punti negativi: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.
