Punti negativi: Its was bad service. I know its covid but they could have done better. My friends relative took emirates and qatar. There flight was excellent as usal.

Punti negativi: At the Istanbul airport an item was taken from me for no reason. No regulation was shown for that item to be taken. I wasn’t comfortable with the way I was treated at the airport. The flight was very good

Punti negativi: They haven't all update information about covid update, workers had no idea about anything, rude and unhelpful I had to miss my flight because of their mess, stay at the airport for 4 hours to get my luggage back and get a hotel.

Punti positivi: The flight went very smooth including boarding, transferring at Istanbul. The infotainment system was helpful in a way that you could see the real time camera feed of the ground and runway.
Punti negativi: Fewer passengers on board. I know it’s about profits and financial feasibility, however listening to a prerecorded message about 1.5 social distancing while being boarded 20 cm from 2 passengers undermines the whole thing, isn’t it?
Punti negativi: They made me check my hand luggage, did not pay attention to what airline I would get on my connection flight, neither got my warnings about it. They sent my bag directly to my destination but the other airline wouldn't pick up.

Punti negativi: The food catering was mediocre, food was serve on prepackaged boxes instead of hot meals. No alcoholic drinks or other refreshments were offer due to Covid.

The majority of the people working seemed to care but there was no general way to make the late arrival and missed boarding overcome with a plan. It seems it was more my fault than the airlines.

Punti negativi: Stop boarding pets on a transatlantic 11.5 hours long flight - if the owners are nuts (although they swear they love their pets) air companies must be more responsible.
The first air company that will refuse to cabin board pets will be my only company to fly for the rest of my life. Sometimes, saying NO is the right answer.
