Personale praticamente inesistente: hanno offerto un frizzantino o un succo subito dopo l’imbarco, hanno chiesto se qualcuno voleva mangiar qualcosa e poi sono scomparsi per 10 ore. Nessuno chiede ai passeggeri se vogliono qualcosa: dove sono aperitivi, snack durante tutto il viaggio, liquori che Alitalia sbandiera ?

UNACCEPTABLE! will never fly with them again!

Punti negativi: Waiting in check-in line for 2 hours without being told the problem with computers or updates. Being pulled off the plane seconds before taking my seat because of problem with passport but not telling me what the problem was. Being forced to pay $100 per checked bag because of fine print on a discount website. I have not experienced that with any other airline. No apologies or acknowledgement of any of these inconveniences to me or other passengers.
