I contacted customer service and chatted with a representative of Norwegian Air who told me they sent me an email about the seat changes..... while I was in the chat I checked my email and it was A BOLD FACE LIE.... they never sent an email concerning the seat changes or anything else!!! LIARS!!!! We paid extra for seats and couldn’t sit together to end our vacation. No one spoke English enough to understand any announcement including the PILOT. The food was uneatable.. The WORST FLIGHT in memory!!! DO NOT FLY Norwegian air!!!!!

What seemed like a great deal – $475 USD for an off-peak round trip, LAX-LON-LAX, booked two months in advance – was not much cheaper, once I paid seat assignments and, new one on me, +$100 to check one non-cabin-sized bag each way.
Punti negativi: Please, don't bait and switch British Airways for American Airlines. I chose to fly BA for a reason, but outbound was AA. I know it's a tough job, tending to 300+ passengers on any trans-Atlantic flight, but AA comfort and courtesy were lacking. It was a different story flying home on my BA 747.

Punti positivi: I sat on the aisle. There is no room especially if you put your bag under the seat in front of you. I got hit 2x as the flight attendants moved the cart down the aisle. You can't lean back. I was fortunate to be able to place my coat in the overhead bin which is usually overcrowded.
Punti negativi: If the baggsge fee was less onerous more people would check bags and make boarding and deplaning faster. For God's sake give people more room between seats. Board people in the back first to spee the process. First window and aisles last. This would improve on time departures.

Punti negativi: One thing that I would like to see improved is for the announcements to be spoken slower than they were. The announcements were so quick that I could not understand what was being said. This should be an easy fix so I have no worries .
