flight was delayed by 2 hours. then the said 1 hour delay. the all of a sudden last call almost without notice and flight left 30 minutes late. moreover, they changed the gate almost last minute. some almost missed the flight
Food was not offered and there was no entertainment but over all the flight was fine.
Crammed airport shuttle buses and a delayed flight home.
Onboard crew were great, rally professional under very trying circumstances.
Ryanair ALWAYS late out of Lourdes, but they insist on herding all passengers into small waiting area where we all wait for ages, no food/drink, no flight info, screaming babies, hot sun, etc. Looking for another route to S. France...

My brother and I were in transit in Rome. Blue Panorama doesn’t warn you that check in (boarding pass) printing at the gate is impossible. They also can’t do online check in Rome. We only had carry on bags so the ONLY thing we needed were boarding passes. The gate agent showed up to the gate with 50min to go. After calling her supervisor, She told us to return to the check-in desk at the entrance of the airport to check in. Meanwhile the check in desk closed with 40 min to go. So we’re looking at a 0-5min window to run out, passport check, find check in desk, and check in. Called Blue Panorama in Rome and Tirana and no one picked up. What kind of trash system is this? We had to book an alternative flight with Alitalia to make it to our destination in Tirana.
The flight was on time
Rude staff and they have fines and charges for everything. I would not recommend nor would I fly again. Would rather pay double for any other airline.
Overall very good, despite slight delay. Would definitely fly with them again.
Some kind of complimentary drink or something would have improved it.
The plane didn't crash.
Charged an extra 50 euros per ticket because we didn't have our middle names on our ticket. When making the reservation there was no middle name field and we were told we should have entered them in the first name field. Total ripoff. Flight was additionally 2 hours late as well and no food or drinks were served on board. Will never fly with them again.
Our flight was delayed, snacks AND drinks were charged - no one told us. We got a water and it was 2 euro. We were not told this, staff did not communicate. Also had to pay 100 euro for name changes on our ticket because they didn't have our middle names. I know I filled out our ticket info adequately so I will be taking this up with someone. do not recommend this airline at all, you get what you pay for I guess. Disappointed.
There attention to detail, client comfort, friendliness, food, all was a ten out of ten. Thank you for the lovely experience.

I wasn’t offered earphone headset so I could not enjoy entertainment.
One flight attendant in particular was outstanding, Eva. Because of her, I would definitely consider Lufthansa for our next trip to Europe!! She mot definitely went above and beyond in her service and professionalism.
The Crew was very helpful, they were always around and offering all kind of help.
The food was very cheap, we had no choice for a better offer. We were hungry and had to eat.... The seats were changed at the last minute, we were very upset!!! We did our confirmation on line and get our seats assigned. When we got to the airport we were surprised that they changed them.
Efficient, on time, and the experienced air crew did well with a wicked wind shear at takeoff.
No movie, no passenger loading from the rear.
