We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

Also, and most importantly, they've left my luggage in Istanbul (where the connection was from), so that I was left with no proper clothes/essentials for four (!) days (and it was colder than expected in Italy)."

Punti negativi: "3 out of my 4 flight during this trip were late. One of those was at Moscow's SVO, 5 hour delay, because there were no planes! I don't know how does that happen, but that's what we were told. Called to board 3 times, cancelled twice. On my way to Bangkok the plane was late by an hour to the transfer to Moscow's SVO, they taxi's us to the furthest part of the airport and then the bus took about 15 minutes to get us to the terminal. Inside at the transfer gate one officer and about 150 people waiting to be checked. I had to cut the line to reach my flight. Horrible experience, and talking to others who use Aeroflot, I was told this wasn't the first case, but certainly the worst they have seen so far. Avoid this company and maybe even SVO airport as well."

On the way back they delayed the flight for 5 hours because they plane had technical issues and they were changing it. We missed our connection from NY to Miami and since it was a separate ticket I lost those tickets. They didn't update us while we were waiting what's going on. A few times they would announce boarding on the electronic tableau, people would line up and wait for 40 minutes. The staff would just look and say nothing or smile and say "we don't know why you are standing, I didn't tell you to line up!" We had a special meal on the flight. They gave you exactly the same food twice. I was just laughing but other people who had special meals were really upset. If someone asked they would probably say "it's your problem that you don't want to eat like the rest lol! Next time when booking a flight I'll pay more but have a normal experience and not the torture "Russian style""
