Punti negativi: "The captain failed to update the passengers and crew of significant change in flight path and delay. The flight flew off course for almost 30 minutes, while the flight attendants required everyone to remain seated due to supposed turbulence. We felt no turbulence for almost 25 mins. No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."

Punti negativi: "The seats didn't recline at all. Normally I wouldn't care but it was a 12 1/2 hour trip. There wasn't a lot of good, recent movie releases. On other airlines there was more to choose from that were more recent releases. The food wasn't very good. It had all fish choices or beef tongue. I understand having an Asian meal, but maybe should be a more popular meal with different choices than a more eclectic menu. I noticed even the child's meal was not very kid friendly."

Special thanks deserve the crew of flight NH113 on March,4 did everything above and beyond to make our flight enjoyable. We never had been to Japan before, but already on plane we felt welcome to country of rising sun after receiving "welcome" card from beautiful flight attendants who were working that day. It was touchable moment for me and my husband. The crew of NH113 deserves high recognition for their outstanding job."
