I asked why, they told me that my ticket is not eligible to the hotel, although, I bought the last two times from Kayak, with almost same price. My first flight with Qatar Airways was on July 2017. My second flight with Qatar Airways was on August 2017. My third flight with Qatar Airways was on Jan 208."

As we were last in boarding it was hard to find a closest spot for our carry on. Crew would not respond for about 10 mins or so( not during take off or landing) this was during mid flight when there was no turbulence(seat belt sign was off). We asked for a veg meal instead of baby food as our kid eats solids and she does not like instant baby food's. We requested this when we booked her ticket , she was not even given food luckily we had some milk powder and water bottle. Really bad experience with Emirates"

Emirates did not compensate me at all. They could have granted Emirates lounge access, meals, or simply book me a room at the airport hotel. I ended up sleeping for 14 hours on a chair due to their employee's fault"

The crew was rude to the Indian people, however they themselves were not acting properly. The bus came to get the people from the gate to the plane in Abu Dabi was really bad."

As per Jeddah airlines counter supervisor, domestic and internation terminals are in same location whereas in reality we need to go with a bus. original flight was 4 hours connecting time but airlines changed to 2 hours. We are lucky that we don't missed our flight because we were 1 minutes late to close check in / collect boarding pass; as per counter representative. one of the biggest issue was as follows: when we went to Jeddah counter, we have requested for both boarding pass (Jeddah to Ryadh to JFK) including baggage to be collected to JFK; unfortunate duty supervisor behavior was unacceptable. He was very rood. He was repeating same word and telling "do you understand english" same word again and again with aggressive mood whereas he is very poor in english."

In addition, it rained and there were leaks in the roof all throughout the terminal. The water was literally pouring in non-stop. I advise anyone to avoid long layovers (or any layover) in Jeddah. The only positive aspect is there are a couple of good (small) coffee shapes and reclaimed chairs that are good for sleeping."
