Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."

RyanAir would have been able to fly us the same trip for that alone, with bags! Then when we were boarding, both of our seats were taken - the flight attendant said "Welcome to Italy". So, that's our story. In a nutshell, overpriced, and didn't get the seats on our boarding passes..."

Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

It costs £80 to bring a suitcase for the hold, however if you don't pay for priority boarding your handluggage gets placed in the hold anyway despite there being more than enough space in overhead lockers. If I had known how much it would be to pay for the 'extras' which area really basic requirements, I would not have booked with Ryanair. Next time I'll be going with another company who actually provide a basic service"

They insisted saying that they think the bag is big. It is more than obvious that the bag is a cabin bag as also manifested by the "cabin approved" signpost on it and my easyJet plus card attached to it. The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."
