Punti negativi: Luggage policy $60 per checked luggage is extremely high, other than that at the México airport this airline do not pro use an international booth, so, make this a 90 minute lune with zero help from airline crew to even guide travelers, bad experience there, luggage damaged when came..... zero response from the airline. So in a nutshell is a very high priced airline with bad service

Punti negativi: Flight was delayed by 5hrs Hard to get clear information about the delay and when we were actually going to leave. Horrible wifi in Mexico Airport. They had all passengers board the plane and then decided to refuel, so everyone sat in the airplane for 1 hour at the gate before leaving. We didn’t even get a drink of water on the plane. We were sitting in the last row in the back of the plane and when the attendant got to us it was time to land so she just skipped our row. I highly dis recommend Volaris.

Punti negativi: Flying in an airplane that has the fuel to make it to the destination. We had to make an emergency stop during take off. The pilot said an American pilot in another plane caused him to make the emergency stop. Then he said we had to refuel!!!

Punti negativi: They flew me from Veracruz to Guadalajara 3 hours later than scheduled. Instead of making an effort for several passangers to catch the flight from Guadalajara to Fresno (also ran by Volaris) they would not let us board the Fresno flight; even though the gate was still open and the last passengers were boarding. Instead, Volaris sent me to Los Angeles (they gave me the option of flying to Fresno, but 5 days later. I don't live in Guadalajara and that was not my final destination). In Los Angeles, I had to take a cab from the LAX to the Bus Station, take the bus to Fresno (spend all night on the bus) and take a cab to the Fresno airport to pick up my automobile. Thank you Volaris . . . great job!

Punti negativi: The flight attendant Paola was super rude. None of them had a pen even though they know every single passenger has to complete a customs form. Also, the gentleman at the counter was rude and said several expletives when I was boarding bc he had to do a little extra work to print out a boarding pass for my infant.

Punti negativi: Very little legroom, not reclinable seats, no carry-on included, no snacks included for the 3+ hour flight. They should include more for the price.

Punti negativi: There were four gate changes. My husband was in a wheelchair and we were running back-and-forth trying to keep up with the changes. They don’t even give you water on the flight. If there is no food OK. But there should be water. The whole thing reminded me of traveling on a second class bus. Won’t do it again

No internet no space no comfort nothing. The attendants were rude and refused to speak English. It was horrible I will never use volaris again

Punti negativi: You should provide food as you used to. Prices for food are very expensive on the plane, but plane tickets are still the same. They aren't cheaper at all.

They made me make a 1 hr. line to get a paper one. Couple of passengers and I almost lost flight.
Volariis counter staff did not provided nor informed a paper boarding pass was needed to fly internationally when I told them I was traveling to Dallas.
