Ho avuto problemi al check in. Avevo preso un extraseat e il sistema di Lufthansa diceva che non avevo pagato il biglietto. Fino all'ultimo minuto non sapevo se avrei potuto prendere il volo. Il personale estremamente scortese. Il nome della addetta è Noemi. In nessun momento mi è stato spiegato nulla.

We had a delay of about 45min, boarding was not done by zone, breakfast is really not good. However, we were well treated by staff, everything went well and we will surely fly again with Lufthansa.

The in flight display for entertainment was very bad. There was something wrong with the touch screen. Another passenger in the same row had a similar experience. The continuation of technical problems were quite disappointing. I paid extra money to choose to fly with this carrier and it was definitely not worth the cost. I would suggest to roll the dice with a different company.

The flight was cancelled. I asked Kayak for a refund by email. No answer.

There was not enough time to get through security without running and cutting lines. I like that all my documents where in order before I got in line.

The flight was fine and the crew was very professional. The long lines at the Iberia check-in counter were a bit much. Not enough counters. I purchased on-board Wi-Fi - it never worked. Also, be aware that claiming checked in luggage takes a long while to arrive at the carrousel (Barajas is slow that way).

While my bags were left behind, using Apple Trackers I was able to head straight to lost and found and report the issue, they located them in Madrid, and said they would be on the next flight and delivered to my hotel. Great service, other than the left behind bags. It was a short layover, it happens.

We purchased 2 business class tickets in June for a trip in September. We were downgraded to economy when we were told there were no seats left in business class. Still trying to get refund. Not flying Iberia again.

The Air France flight that was boarding next to ours at gate 9 got everybody onto the plane before our flight did and their plane was scheduled to take off 10 minutes AFTER us. The boarding attendant didn’t do a good job of announcing the group number for boarding. After priority and no baggage passengers, it was just one big mob. Our boarding passes were in group 1 but my mom ended up being one of the last people let through. The 2 attendants made her wait because they needed to tag her luggage. I guess they felt it was too big for carrying on. Which is fine. But they literally made her stand there while they let almost everyone else in line through. They even tagged other luggages and she was still waiting. And when she asked them about it, they told her to wait and they have to assist other people. What’s the point of being group 1 for boarding then? We still had to wait til pretty much everyone else went in. And the fact that our seats were in row 29 which is at the tail end of the plane made it even worse. Now we need to squeeze by 28 rows of people when we could’ve been in our seats and out of the way a long time ago. Terrible service!"

We have to wait more for cheking the luggage, not two hours before, just one hour and a half. The flight was on time

We never were able to get on the flight, I don’t believe this was kayaks fault. But the airlines in Italy posted that they were at sea terminal gate 21 which is at one end of the building we sat there for two hours and then they moved it without announcing it because the intercom did not work to a Building gate six or something like that when the text finally came through on my phone inside the airport we ran to the other gate and they already threw our luggage off the plane and it took off. There was nothing that that airline said they could do so we had to buy a new ticket from a different airline and wait at the airport for six hours . I believe that was ValuJet and the flight was good and it was fast

+ the crew was great + clean airplane - we had priority boarding and there was no call for priority boarding - we had a fast lane (received in the email the info, but not showing on the boarding card) and it was complicated to manage to use it in the MRS airport. The security line was immense and there was no sign whatsoever informing us about Fast Lane, but we found it and had to find the email confirming we had special attention offered by Kayak in the airport of Marseille, etc.

Plutôt une bonne surprise pour ma première expérience en vol « low cost ». L’aller Lyon/Olbia était certes un peu « Cheap » (A320 vieillot / communication équipage minimaliste), mais le retour était impeccable (A319 correct / excellent commandant de bord) malgré les conditions météo.

Stiamo raschiando il fondo del barile con le compagnie aeree...belli i vecchi voli con cibo e bevande inclusi...

Volo in ritardo di 2 ore personale irritato dalla presenza dei passeggeri

When we got our boarding pass it said gate 3 then we went to gate 3 and there was construction there and checked the screen and told us gate 3. After waiting and seeing that people started to board gate 1 we asked what gate our flight was and the gentleman told me gate 2 but we saw that the seats in waiting area were getting empty then we asked again and they told us gate 1 so we decided to board since we we’re almost the last ones there.

The flight was initially delayed 55 minutes. Once we boarded we were informed by the captain that due to operational reasons of the airline, which had issues at its base in Sofia, the flight will first land in Sofia, leave an extra crew there, and will then continue to the original destination - Turin. A total delay of 2h40min totally for the needs of the airline and without any fault of the "extraordinary circumstances" or weather. I am not sure if this is even legal

Forse a causa di un cambio di orario del volo, ho avuto difficoltà ad effettuare il check in on line,ho trovato il sito poco intuitivo.

I received an email that the flight would be delayed for few hours. For that reason I arrived only one hour later from the original departure, still 3 hours before. The check in was closed and I was able to bring my big suitcase at the gate instead. I already paid 90 euros for that as a part of my initial reservation . At the gate I had to pay additional 65 euros. I will never again fly with Wizzair.

L'imbarco è iniziato in ritardo a Catania di 30 minuti. L'aereo doveva partire alle 10:30 e invece è partito alle 11:00. La buona notizia è che in volo è stato recuperato 20 minuti e quindi sono arrivato "solo" 10 minuti di ritardo. Invece delle 12:20 sono arrivato alle 12:30.

Esperienza pessima. Dopo una attesa del volo di 8 ore nessuna comunicazione ufficiale sulla sua cancellazione né sulle alternative. Ora è quasi impossibile chiedere anche il rimborso del biglietto e/o delle spese dell'albergo. Personale assente e inutili quelli al check-in.

Aereo nuovo e comodo (A321 neo) Prenotazione su app intuitiva e prezzi competitivi.

Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).
