Punti negativi: Entertainment. I was not aware that i would have to purchase headphones to enjoy the in flight entertainment. i ordered a meal months before when i booked my ticket. During the flight, i didnt receive my meal nor was made aware how to receive it once on the plane.

Punti positivi: The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude.

We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores.

Punti negativi: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.

Punti negativi: We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.

Punti negativi: Flight was delayed. People/staff was not that friendly. I considered switching flight times, but the options were limited and it would have required me to purchase a new ticket. The fair was relatively inexpensive, but did not include checked bag and in the end was more expensive than other carrier options.
