Punti positivi: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.

The logistics people haven't a clue. I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to work for this organization.

Punti negativi: The boarding process could have been better organized. For example by seat number like other airlines do. Having everyone board at once was a bit disoriented.
Punti negativi: Told us to pick up stroller in Dublin. Get there and we are told that is not possible. Of course we not have arrived at our final destination without said stroller. Seats are on the pitiful side of the spectrum and gets a bit old being nickled and dimed for drinks, sodas, food. . .

Punti positivi: Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements.
Punti negativi: Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking.
