Punti negativi: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Punti positivi: From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again.

Punti negativi: If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue.

Punti negativi: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again.

Punti negativi: Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned.

Punti negativi: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Punti negativi: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Punti positivi: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!
