When we checked in at Calgary- there were only 3 people intially. Then, 2 left and only 1 old man was left. He tried to move through the line, but could not clear us fast enough. About 50 people were stuck and not able to get boarding passes or luggage checked. We missed out flight. The scene was chaotic. Then, those of us who missed the flight were not able to get help as he was now trying to get the next people on the SLC flight through. We were so upset. Poorly run.

Flight crew was not always respectful when addressing travelers. I understand having a bad day, but the individualized sass and snarky attitude was unprofessional.

No apologies, smiles of sympathy. Just snacks tossed our way"

L'atterraggio è stato un po' brusco

The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

The flight didn't exist. The Service customer sucks. They didn't solution the problem and hang up the call.

Seats are small and cramped . No back support . Terrible .

Latam never said that I needed a PCR test 24 hours prior to traveling. I got an email saying “72 hours”. I had to leave the airport in Santiago, pay $45 for a taxi and pay $50 for a rapid test and then rush back to the airport. The Santiago flight left late and I lost my JFK connection to SFO. Alaska air couldn’t help. I had to buy a new ticket

Crew gave us stupid explanations to justify charging us like you are in the boarding group 7 which we never asked to be placed. It’s the airline business to choose some passengers to charge $100000 Colombian pesos for getting bags, and then after being forced to pay for the bags crew doesn’t give a receipt so we wouldn’t have proof of the fraude. Charging for bags is at discretion of crew. When buying the tickets for me and my family I checked the policy about luggage and the website doesn’t state about being charged for getting regular size bags like ours."

That plane should be used for shorter flights and not a 4 hour international flight. I am not expecting first class seats and 5 course meals. But for the same price I could have used other airlines."

Luggage handling was disgraceful and lots of luggage was left behind after being delayed for more than an hour.

Punti negativi: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

This ticket was purchased last minute due to an unexpected death in the family so it was the only option we had to get my uncle to LA asap in order to be with the family during such tragedy. We even bought the insurance on the flight to assure nothing went wrong but yet he was still left behind hours to wait for another flight and see IF THAT ONE had room. How is this even possible? Why would you even let us book if there was no room and why was he the one to be asked to stay behind? Is it because it was booked though you? because it was a third party booking and not direct? If so then it's not even worth the few dollars we saved if it means the flight will be unreliable and the insurance means absolutely nothing through you guys. Ultimately, truly disappointing and I know that we can not depend on booking this way again if in your policy it states this ist ok to do and not even compensate one bit for making your travelers go though this."

I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving."

In an ordinary ("back of the bus") seat in coach there was more than ample legroom for a more-than-six-footer, and row 28 has two windows to look out at the scenery aft of the wings. And food was even provided at no extra charge! In this situation there certainly was no need to purchase at an additional cost whatever Aeromexico calls its "premium economy" seating."

That she didn't know why I had purchased my bagged fee online, and still charged me extra. I will NEVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE EVER AGAIN!!! She did not even allow me to speak to a manager, she said there was no one above her. Extremely RUDE!!"
