Please update your meals plan for hindu nv. Also, I wish I had a foot rest for my feet. Great seat spacing/leg room. The choice of Indian movies was not that great!

Singapore airlines should update their meals plan for “Hindu NV”. I felt like it was not the best choice we had!

Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

Il cibo purtroppo è troppo industriale, ovviamente i conservanti fanno la sua parte. Ho richiesto uno special meal dopo aver avuto brutte esperienze in precedenza. Ho assaggiato il meat meal della mia ragazza, ma entrambi non mi hanno fatto un buon effetto.

Impossibile , volo IST MXP annullato !!!!! ci hanno portati a Roma , noi siamo di Torino , fate richiesta eventuale di rimborso dalla vostra agenzia. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! siamo tornati a Torino in treno a spese nostre. Apparently we cannot bring these items on the plane and no one told us, the customers who paid to board this flight. Plus the wifi was not free. And when we tried to use the wifi code we were given from the crew as a "perk" from our camera Ana iPads being taken, that still did not work. So that was a 13 hr flight with no wifi. Plus on my flight from Istanbul to Atlanta my Tv did not work and the crew didn't speak English and could not understand my complaint. Overall the worst flight ever, close to a Delta flight which everyone knows is the bottom of the barrel of airlines. When we finally arrived in Atlanta it took 3 HOURS to get our baggage. We landed at 7:45 PM and did not get our bags until 11 pm. We were not told what the delay was and to just be patient. I will a NEVER take this airline agin."

Ci sono stati ritardi...ù Siamo partiti con carico eccessivo... 500Kg. Siamo tornati al gate, scaricato il peso, fatto il carburante e ripartiti. 2 ore di ritardo

Everything was very good, with the exception of the amount of food/snacks we were provided. This flight was 10 hours long, plus we sat on the tarmac for almost two hours for the de-icing (no complaints about that). And during all this time we were given one hot meal, which was a good quality. Plenty of drinks and water. But after that - no snacks and no food until about two hours prior to landing. And then it was only a cold sandwich. They stated after boarding that 'service was going to be limited' during Covid restrictions. We can understand that, but we should have been notified before boarding or the airline should have found the way to distribute some packaged food/snacks during boarding, to limit crew's interaction times. Instead, we were not prepared to be starving on a transatlantic flight! We've flown many time before, but this was the first time we were literally hungry. And we had no food with us, because you are not allowed to bring any food into US.

The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.

To charge $39 for a list and found help ticket is extortion—will they find my item for that price?

Short flights there is no food and no drinks, such as coffee juice, only water.

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

A heads up on filling in an e-ticket prior to flight departure would have been helpful.

L'atterraggio è stato un po' brusco

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM
