Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again."

I boarded the plane and took my seat. Shortly before taking off, another flight attendant came to me, told me they made a mistake, and sent me back to my original economy seat (while I was holding my new business boarding pass that they gave me). When I told them they should remedy somehow their mistake, they said they did not have any other extra seat in business and that there was nothing they could do. They did not apologize. They were quite unprofessional and rude. I fly often and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Alitalia is far better than Swissair in terms of professionalism and of politeness. I will always discourage anyone from flying Swissair. Worst company ever."

In the leg from Istanbul to Georgia the gate was a bit strange and felt chaotic…. In the plane it was choppy but the male steward was yelling! Could have been more gentle but he seemed stressed. Food great both legs and from Chicago to Istanbul very pleasant and oartularky nice people working on the plane$
Missed this flight due to previous flight being delayed. No one helped with getting me through customs and borders security so I can make it on time. I had to stand in the longest line and end up staying overnight in Toronto. Now the airlines won’t pay for my hotel accommodation
Overall VERY impressed. Food was absolutely top notch, service was good. We transferred in Istanbul and this is a gorgeous airport. It's a bit far from the city but everything else was great. Turkish Airlines Airlines put us up on a hotel since we had a long layover. Very impressed and would certainly look forward to another flight with them. 10/10 and the price was right

9 hour flight with the worst airline food I ever had- cheese looked like it got wet and dissolved into the dried out bread. it. Completely full plane. Paid $82 to check one of our carry on bags because it had some silverware with knifes in it then was informed that because the plane was full, we were advised check our carry on for free- but no refund for the $ we paid. Hot and stuffy. On the plus side, when the movie monitor didn't work, the stewardesses were right on top of the problem and fixed it even though it took some effort.

The seats were very uncomfortable. The transfer in Vancouver after customs involved going outside in the cold to and from the bus. There was no warning. The customs area red jacketed help personnel told us that it was just as fast to go throught the general customs are instead of using our Nexus cards and this turned out to take forever. So very disappointing."

There was no onboard entertainment unless you had a cell phone and could download the West Jet app. I was spoiled by my flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney. They had touch screens on the backs of the seats so you could choose movies, radio, games, and flight info and the seats were much more comfortable."

Punti negativi: "Charging customers for meals on a transatlantic flight is a terrible way to nickel and dime your customers for the most basic provisions. Not all travellers carry accepted credit cards, including the woman sitting beside me. Because it is so common (formally standardized) for airlines to provide food on longer flights, many travellers assume their WestJet flight will the same and arrive unprepared. I normally love WestJet for their customer service, but these flight attendants talked down to customers with legitimate questions. I am choosing another airline for my next international flight, although reluctantly so - I hope to see some changes from WestJet for a more comfortable flight."

Also very little food is provided for a 5.5 hour trip, two biscuits is not sufficient and as we landed near midnight there are not many options to acquire quick food either."

Punti positivi: "WestJet has very good hard shell seats on the 737-800. These are well contoured and padded, and far enough apart to offer decent legroom (row 8). The seating experience was vastly better than being in a “preferred” bulkhead row on an AC Rouge B767-300. Boarding was efficient so we were able to leave the gate slightly early."

Overall, an excellent experience!"
