Punti negativi: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."

This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there"

Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

So basically a plane full of people were jerked around and lied to by every employee of this airport that we met. Completely disgusting. If you can avoid it, never ever fly Royal Air Maroc."

Oddly, the original flight time was still posted online even after I learned of the change, so the only indication of the change was the boarding time on my ticket. When I asked for the new itinerary, RAM employees seemed very confused about why I would want to know when I was arriving in New York (which ended up being 1 AM instead of 5 PM). To the airline's credit, they did offer accommodation in Casablanca, if you stood in an hour-long line. However, although I had been flying since 5 AM and not leaving Casa until 10 PM, I was not offered vouchers for breakfast or dinner, but only lunch (at 2 PM). Because I had to leave the airport in Casablanca, I had to go through security half a dozen times, including while boarding, with various harmless things confiscated. The flight was kept extremely dry, and the crew was stingy with water (although tea and coffee were abundant), only offering water twice during a nearly 8 hour flight despite my requests, and doling it out in small cups which they seemed annoyed to refill. The crew was not efficient or fast. The food on Air Maroc is often okay, but this time it was nearly inedible, especially with little to wash it down. It was not the worst flight I've been on, but it was pretty miserable."

They said they could instead book us on an RAM flight that night from Casablanca to JFK. It turned out that that flight was full and the next flight on 8/17 was also full therefore we were booked on a flight that departed Casablanca at 20:30 and arrived at JFK at 1:05 early morning. They said they could not give us a voucher for a hotel near JFK and we would have to take it up with their agent at JFK. We should also be re-imbursed for our transportation from JFK because we lost our ride home from JFK because of their change of schedule."
