In azienda siamo passati dal preferire Lufthansa all'optare per KLM su questa tratta. Il personale è più gentile ed efficiente. Il trattamemto in cabina è piu curato viene comunque garantito un oiccolo sanvich e qualcosa da bere.

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di mezz’ora dopo l’imbarco perché non tornava il conto dei passeggeri anche perché al gate i controlli sono stati molto sommari fatti con poca attenzione. Se l’imbarco fosse stato scaglionato facendo imbarcare prima i passeggeri delle ultime file si sarebbe potuto velocizzare di molto creando meno confusione

My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Flight via American Airlines and Gol never happened.
Almost 5 hours delayed, no support or info from the company, we got a voucher of 45BRL for food when the local restaurant charges a 100BRL per kg, I had to pay an additional 50BRL to be able to eat and drink something. Poor service and terrible crisis management with the passengers. On top of that, got late for my next appointment in SP and practically lost a day in a hotel I paid over 1500SEK per day
Too much delay in the first two flights, so I lost the connection to the final destination.

It was an absurd and the worse thigh was that when I arrived at my seat, the exclusive space for my baggage was there available for my baggage and I had to drop off because the employee of the Gol didn’t know about this benefit of Gol + Confort seat and didn’t check out if really wasn’t space to my baggage"

Non ti fanno da mangiare sui voli interni solo cookies e drink però c era tanta turbolenza e quindi era difficile per loro dare da bere. Però partito in orario .

I’ve never flown American before and in comparison to other air lines I think they must have the most experienced pilots. Everything else was equal in quality to other US airlines I’ve flown, the usual stuff on long distance flights - but I felt the staff were a notch above the others as regards friendliness and helpfulness. I had a very smooth trip, no delays or problems. I will fly with them again."

Punti negativi: "Gate at Philadelphia was tiny with not enough space for everyone on the plane, it was a 6 hour flight and no snacks beyond pretzels were available-not even for purchase. I'd just come off an 8 hour international flight where I was provided lunch, ice cream, a pot pie snack and frequent beverage service. Somehow as soon as you are flying domestic on a slightly shorter flight American Airlines thinks its okay to treat customers like garbage-nothing but some sad pretzels and 2 rounds of drink service was provided for a 6 hour flight. The seats were super uncomfortable with no head rest, no personal entertainment devices were provided, and there was no general entertainment for the whole plane-seriously I've never been so bored. I would have fallen asleep from boredom but the seat was too uncomfortable so I couldn't even do that. The plane landed in Seattle but sat without unloading passengers for 20 minutes because the gate crew wasn't ready. We didn't get our checked baggage for over an hour after landing. When asked, customer service reps said that the S gate was far from baggage claim-seriously I'm not sure how that is a reasonable excuse. Other airlines arrive into S gates and have timely baggage claim service. American Airlines has no standard for timely baggage claim service like other airlines (Alaska) so there were no repercussions for such late baggage service. We left the airport with our luggage over 90 minutes after the plane landed. The entire experience is just another example of American Airlines of why the terrorists won't even fly American Airlines. I was seriously disappointed to find out that the British Airways flights we booked were operated by American instead of BA crews. I seriously will never select this option (or fly American) again if I can help it."

When I finally got to the front I was told I had to check in at the American Airlines desk and I wish I had been told that earlier. One staff member was rude when I asked him to repeat the food options."
