Being pulled off the plane seconds before taking my seat because of problem with passport but not telling me what the problem was. Being forced to pay $100 per checked bag because of fine print on a discount website. I have not experienced that with any other airline. No apologies or acknowledgement of any of these inconveniences to me or other passengers.
