Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

I had the red Medina local wine, and I can tell you it's really Good! Dry, similar to a good Italian. Not lyin! Small bottle, 2 glasses, comes with the meal free. Maybe more free. but I didnt ask since I took a nap."

People were asked to queue up and then, after an hour, told that we wouldn't be boarding soon, with no estimated boarding time. On the flight I was next to a talk man who had paid extra for a bulkhead seat, but once his ticket was issued he was in a regular seat. The flight crew absolutely did not care. A number of people missed connecting flights due to the long delay. English announcements were incomprehensible."

We tried all afternoon to get placed on the next flight out. The ticketing office told us we needed a supervisor to approve the changes to our reservation. We were informed all the supervisors were in the back office watching the futball matches and that we would have to wait. We were told if we don't get the supervisors approval, we will have to buy a new flight at full price. So we waited for many hours. Finally the night supervisor came out and told us that he can't do anything. He said the day managers would've been the ones to help us. They've already gone home after the football game ended. They wanted to charge us $840 USD each for new tickets"

Since it seemed no one was informed, the security check and on boarding took almost an hour and a half to go through. I was very surprised at the lack of communication and would appreciate that for future trips. At this time, I would think twice before booking another trip with this company."

They used the seatbelt light to keep people sat down during each trolley service - come on, it there’s turbulence, you don’t serve drinks. Oh and I don’t know why they are allowed to say “Low fares airline” as it clearly isn’t."

We were sure that we had paid for luggage for the return voyage. This meant that I was charged 80euros extra. Now obviously the site for booking did not. Make this clear or so many wouldn’t make the same mistake. I think the least that could have been done would be to charge 25 euros per bag. I my husband, brother and his wife will not travel Ryanair again."
