The flight attendants were very professional and helpful, as you would hope all attendants on all airlines would be. We'd gladly fly Delta again anytime."

The 50 minute ATC delay couldn't be controlled by LH, but the original equipment replacement was at the bottom of the overall delay. My "A" window seat in economy had significantly reduce foot space due to a metal box installed in the space. The seat was not particularly well designed, but it's economy so you get what you get. The food was average at best."

Punti negativi: "Travel in flight was good. Flight was missed due to delay in the airport and they made it clear that this was a bulk rate ticket and any rebooking was almost a favor on their part. That being said with some chatting to the service agent she softened up and started to be more helpful. Wish she could have been more helpful from the start and ended up being rerouted through another city despite a codeshare flight leaving directly to my final destination which would have been the normal switch. Oh well, those are the breaks with a bulk price ticket. Once in flight, service was very good and plenty of open seats, so room to stretch out."

Punti positivi: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

"Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process."

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

The actual placement of the seats were aisle row and middle row-so neither of us had a window to look out of or wall to lean against, no overhead lighting or air vent either. Can you say "rip-off?" My husband, who is tall and broad shoulder was constantly being knocked around by the flight attendants and carts. This flight was miserable. I guess I should be thankful for the hour plus delay in departure."

In the end, we had to put in a little plastic bag everything valuable we had in the baggage, though on the plane there was plenty of space available in the overhead lockers."

Punti negativi: "1.Outdated website information: I have a small travel guitar that fits in the overhead bins and I always take it with me when I travel, with no issues. It counts as my overhead carry-on. I checked the British Airways website prior to leaving the U.S. and it said small instruments were okay. I was able to board from San Jose, USA, with no issues. However, I was told at Heathrow that no stringed instruments were allowed at all, under no circumstances, ever, no matter the size, even Business Class, even First Class, even if other airports were not enforcing the rules. The rules that ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE 2. Poor customer service: Due to the above, at Heathrow airport, I had mixed signals everywhere and had to check-in THREE times, twice to oversize, I was sent back and forth all over the place, finally having to go all the way through the airport to pay to have my item boxed. Most of the folks along the way were extremely unpleasant and rude and acted as if it was the craziest thing in the world that I would have a carry-on travel guitar. TRAVEL guitar, small, not full size, not needing any special treatment. Most of the agents, who knew I was struggling with this, did not help me, for example, I had to wait in line all over again, twice! There was one woman that tried to help me and put me to the front of the line on one occasion and the last agent was helpful as well. I did not get any names, which I should have, because at the end, I FINALLY had those two staff members who helped me (see liked comments). I still had to check my box, but the final agent really went out of her way to make me feel better about the experience because she could see that I was given the runaround. But the folks at Oversize and the pre-Security line, were absolutely horrible and rude. No excuse for it at all. None."
