Also, the person in front of me kept reclining her seat and it went back too far. I didn't want to do the same to the person behind me so it was quite uncomfortable."

Punti negativi: "For a 5' 4" person like myself, arm and leg room were barely minimal, Economy seats were crammed together and were not ergonomically designed for comfort or support. I was fortunate to be able to move from my center seat to an aisle seat once the flight was in progress. As soon as I did, the air around me was cooler and made for more comfortable breathing. In the center seat, the air was still and close—very uncomfortable. Poor communication regarding passport control protocol at the departure gate: A temporary station was set up, labeled Passport Control, but no SWISS agent announced what was happening. I had just gone through a passport control line on a lower level so I didn't think I had to go through a similar process at the gate. Most people around me also didn't know whether they had to go through the process at the gate. Once agents had been questioned on the subject several times, they should have made a general announcement to inform everyone at the gate. They did not. The food on the plane was the usual poor quality fare for economy class—either highly processed or overcooked and much too salty. Ugh."

Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans."

Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird."

The plane seemed old and the seats were small and cramped. The entertainment systems kept shutting off in the beginning of the flight, and my screen was slightly unresponsive to touch. Not the best flight experience compared with what I'm used to and expect from Turkish."

She came out several times from inside of the building shouting at the three of us to get on the shuttle even when the person managing the shuttle flow at the bottom of the stairs was about to let us wait for the next shuttle. What was her problem(?) - she could use a lot more people skills and realize who pays her salary - the customers. She really tarnished the whole image and impression I originally had of TA. Also, there was no way to go to the bathroom without going through a long line of security again at the last gate before the shuttle which did not make sense."

We would have stowed it in checked baggage had we been previously told. This was incredibly frustrating."

They offered no assistance other than to say run, which we did the whole way. When we reached the gate less than 5 minutes after scheduled takeoff they said flight was closed and next flight was 18 hours later. Not one passenger successfully made the transfer. It took over 2 hours to get hotel and food vouchers, and we were forced to stay in airport Holiday Inn with now sweaty clothes and no luggage. Everyone was furious, and the entire incident could have been easily avoided in many ways, including by delaying the flight 5 mins or by providing passenger transportation at any point in the 30 minute transfer from the Lufthansa A arrival gate and the Lufthansa Z departure gate."

Flying on the 748 is a pleasure and it's a shame these great planes will eventually all be phased out in favor of more fuel efficient 787s and their Airbus counterparts."

The meal was nothing special but the friendliness of the flight attendants made up for it."

Ci dicono che ci daranno informazioni al gate. Può capitare, naturalmente. Solo che: - le informazioni non le danno al gate, ma allo Starbucks dell'aeroporto, senza avere aspettato e neanche avvertito tutti i passeggeri - ci dicono che nonostante i mercatini natalizi ci hanno trovato comunque un hotel, facendolo un po' pesare, mentre è loro dovere, siccome il volo è ritardato al giorno dopo. Peccato che l'hotel è a 120 km e loro non hanno trovato il bus per il trasferimento (incidentalmente, anche questo è da norma di legge un loro dovere...) - alla fine come assistenza in termini di generi di conforto commisurata alla durata del ritardo, 10 ore, il tutto si è ridotto ad una bottiglietta d'acqua e un kit toilette per il mattino. In ragione della distanza degli hotel disponibili siamo stati invitati pressantemente a passare la notte nel terminal, ma: - nessuna assistenza. Dopo i controlli di sicurezza neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua, neanche un voucher colazione, neanche qualche coperta o cuscino per dormire meglio sulle scomodissime sedie/divano. E neanche uno scusate. - nessuna reazione alla possibilità di apertura della business giunge: è chiusa e non la riapriamo per voi. Neanche per farvi dormire un po' meno peggio. - nessuna specifica informazione ai passeggeri sulla evoluzione della situazione - siamo stati abbandonati a noi stessi, in sostanza Violazioni multiple e ripetute del regolamento CE 261/2004. Ma pagheranno, eh, se pagheranno..."

Punti positivi: "When you travel with an infant it's already a difficult trip but it's really fraustrating when you find out that they didn't assign you to the seats with the baby bassanet, and when I went to the counter to fix the problem instead they change our window seats to an isle seats without even asking or notifying us with the changes, and they when I asked how come you don't automatically assign infant reservations to infant seats their excuse was what if there were more infants than available infant seats and they already gave out those seats with extended leg space to others who already had paid for it, and surprisingly there were multiple of infants on board none of them in those seats but rather the other passengers who paid for it, so basically they got paid extra and you will only suffer for almost 10 hrs so they can make extra profit. NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"
