Being that this is mexico’s airline they must know it’s a literal impossibility to make that connection. When you arrive they automatically shuttle you into an area to rebook you almost like it’s expected. Then you wait for 8 hrs in a crowded ghetto airport waiting to get on the next flight. When you speak to customer service they talk to you like your a dummy."

Punti negativi: "The email said that we could check-in online 48 hours ahead of time. This was not available until less than 24 hours ahead of time. Then when I tried to use this feature, it would not work. The webpage was malfunctioning and would not let me check-in. When we checked in at the desk at the airport, it took them a ridiculous amount of time to find us seats. When she did finally find us seats with barely enough time left to get to the gate to board, she had put two of us on stand-by for the connecting flight. There should have been no question about us having seats let alone being put on stand-by. We had booked this flight well in advance and had confirmation from the booking site and AeroMexico. When we got to Mexico City, they had already bumped the two on stand-by off our flight and put them on another flight the would leave 6 hours later that day. Again there was no possible justification for this, especially since the flight they should have been on with us was only 2/3 full. Although this was less of a nightmare that my 1st flight with AeroMexico had been, again the staff was unhelpful and purposely caused us inconvenience and delay for unacceptable reasons. I intend to never fly with AeroMexico and will tell everyone I know not to fly with them either."

Please stop using the Boeing 767 jets and only use the Boeing 777 for flights across the Atlantic. I would like to fly American more frequently but not if I think I'm going to get stuck with the planes from the 1980s where there's no personal TV, no place to plug in my phone or electronics to charge unless you carry around a car charger, which I definitely don't, and there's no WiFi on those planes either."

It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

Better communication would have been easy to do to keep us informed."

I inserted it on the online form multiple times until I was blocked from doing so, and there was no link to communicate online in real time with anyone who could solve the problem. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary, as well as time consuming. It was not how I wanted to spend my final night in Italy. Furthermore, I had to wake up at 4 am to get a very early bus to the airport in order to check in early enough in person. NOT cool. The food was mediocre. The entertainment options were about the worst I've ever seen. My seat hardly went back at all."

Their personality plus attitudes and attention to detail reflected on the overall image of the airline, and did not make me feel like a second rate citizen in a second class seat. I've noticed over the last decade-plus that this has changed. I've been rudely spoken to for reaching for a napkin off the cart as I was not given one with my drink. My elbow was hit by the cart as it moved from back to front of isle, and no apology followed. The garbage was collected moving back to front, so I had to get the attention of the attendant after she flew by me. I thoroughly researched the size of the suitcase required prior to flying, and bought a new one to meet the requirements. My suitcase did not fit on American Airlines. Why am I bringing up American Airline? When getting to the airport in Milan, Italy, 2 1/2 hours prior to flight departure, I approached the British Airway counter. As no one was there, I proceeded to believe I was too early, so I had breakfast. I again approached the British Airway counter and still no one was there. On my way to the bathroom, I found the flight board and followed the directions. I searched for British airlines at the gate I was directed to, but was unable to find it. I asked an attendant, and I was directed to the American Airline gate. It was very confusing. It would have been nice if there was a sign at the British Airways counter directing its customers to American Airlines."
