Punti negativi: They waited on the other 3 people before me in Business class so the beef option was not available when it was my turn to be asked. I chose the fish and it was very very dry. The potatoes were dry too. The cake tasted old. I was disappointed with the food on this flight.

Punti negativi: Airline charged for baggage even though I already paid for baggage to be included when making a booking on Kayak.

Punti negativi: The check-in staff required me to check my poster (for an academic conference), which has never happened to me or any of my colleagues before because the poster fits on top of luggage in the carry-on bins.

Punti positivi: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Punti positivi: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Punti positivi: I didn’t get on this flight. Due to the departure at LAX. It would’ve been nice to know that this was a possibility before the arrival. Although the ladies at Japan Airlines were able to get me on a later flight, it almost didn’t happen. But the kept making calls to help me. I’m very thankful they were able to get me on ANA flight at 8pm.

Punti negativi: The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem.

Punti negativi: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great
