Flight was delayed The gate was changed 3×1 time to a 20 minute walk from the original one. The crew seem to be tired and not motivated. Definitely not what you expect from first class flight.
The reason for the poor on the entertainment is because there wasn’t on the plane that was used. The snack was marginal at best.

We boarded the plane only to find out (nearly immediately) that we would be sitting at the gate for over an hour while the radio altimeter was being repaired or replaced and the necessary "mountain of paperwork" was to be completed. It is no fun to sit on a tiny plane late at night for so long without making any progress toward the destination.
Don’t give me a chair that can’t lean back. I got one in both legs of my flight. And I know I did not select those seats.

My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."

When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Upon purchasing the ticket, it stated that, checked bags would be $30 each, so I expected to pay only $30 for my second bag, being as my first checked bag came with the price of the ticket….instead, I was charged $75 for my second bag and not $30, like the price I saw… :-( very disappointing.. I was tricked.,.

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.

Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Dirtiest plane I have ever been on.
No food or drinks were provided , the flight was turbulent and it was a long way from the normal terminals. You have to travel by shuttle to get to the F terminal and there is only one boarding point. Passengers need to know this when booking.
It was a short haul kinda bumpy. Not the airlines fault. But they suspended beverage services. But they were very pleasant
Boarding in DFW was quick once we had a gate agent.

I tried giving AA a chance, but compared to when I flew on WestJest two months prior for almost the exact same trip (I flew to San Francisco versus San Jose that time), WestJet was by far more superior in terms of customer service, boarding organization, and friendliness. First of all, what bugged me profusely was the lack of seat selection and the crazy pricing for certain seats. On WestJet, the emergency exit seats were available without any additional cost, yet AA was charging $66 USD to sit there. Furthermore, seats closer to Business class also carried a charge of $25 (or something like that) - ONLY because you get to board sooner. I would understand if there was extra legroom involved, but really, it's just a matter of sitting and getting off before anyone else. If anything, those seats should be given to passengers who have tight connecting flights and need to get off asap. even in those cases, you shouldn't be charging someone almost $30 just so they can make it to their next flight that YOUR company arranged within such a short time frame. But the most annoying thing about my trip with AA was the fact that I had to take out all of my belongings from my carry-on and carry them in my arms because there was no room left in the overhead compartments. Excuse me?? How is there not enough room? So I had to walk with my laptop, my iPad, my Beats headphones, my laptop and iPad charger, amongst other things, in my hands to the aircraft. Thank goodness I found a plastic bag, because otherwise I probably would have lost something expensive on that plane. Furthermore, as I walked to my seat, there was most definitely places that I could have stowed my carry-on luggage in the overhead compartments. You shouldn't let people put things like purses and bags of food in the overhead, when those can be stowed underneath the seats in front."

I didn't have a purse or any other item, just a backpack. I told them I had medication and they told me to just put it in my pockets. So I stashed my medicine in my pockets and had no room for my personal items or valuables. I had a hiking backpack with a water bottle in the side, and since they forced me to check the bag, my water bottle flew out of the pocket while it was being loaded onto the plane. Fortunately they at least tracked me down and brought my stainless steel water bottle to my seat. However, it wouldn't fit in the pocket in front of me and I had no other bag to store it in so I had to hold it and a few other belongings in my lap for the entire flight. I also had some other fragile items in my backpack that may or may not be okay. Also, when I boarded the plane, there was still space...there was no need to be so rude and force me to check a bag being used not only as my suitcase but as my purse as well. I'm so displeased with American, their staff, and their overall disorganization. How ridiculous."
