It has been my experience in the past that those with impaired mobility are assisted in deplaning AFTER the other passengers have deplaned. This only makes sense. Also, baggage handling was slow compared with my previous experiences. Seemed to be a hard landing."

We lost our car reservation as we would arrive too late to collect, we also couldn't check in to our hotel as planned as the hotel only allow check in until 11pm; we would have got there at 1am, so then had to book another hotel for the night. Airport staff at Lufthansa told us they could not help and told us to go away!"

United also doesn't get it and still gives people cheese or something like potato salad obviously made with mayonaise, and some spread that is either butter or margarine on a sandwich."

WestJet cited a questionable and unlikely reason, that the bag was not loaded due to baggage to passenger weight ratio for safety reasons, even though flight was far from full with multiple empty rows. Plus there was a grand total of only approximately 12 pieces of baggage at the carousel. Also the plane’s auxiliary power generator was broken, which meant no a/c while on the tarmac before and after takeoff. Cabin was warm though not intolerable, however led to delays at both origin and destination airport due to having to wait for an external power supply truck. No in flight service due to supposed turbulence. Which would have been fine, except there really wasn’t much turbulence. Didn’t affect me, but my neighbor’s entertainment system was broken. However, these multiple issues and the broken power generator makes me wonder about what other maintenance issues have been overlooked or not addressed. Most of all I was offended by the clear lack of honesty about my baggage. If there really was a weight limit safety issue despite the plane being far from maximum capacity, then there are much bigger issues with the plane that makes me never want to fly WestJet again. But don’t insult your passengers by lying to cover up your carelessness. My baggage arrived on the following (my original) flight, but that which was delayed by nearly two hours. I’ve flown on United, Delta, Southwest, JetBlue, WowAir, AA, Alaskan, Virgin, American Airlines, United Airways, China Air, EVA, and Air Canada. So far, WestJet has been by far my worst experience."

I had to plug my ears to tolerate the blasts over the PA. I requested the volume be turned down repeatedly but it was never changed... from London to Calgary. More frequent offers for food/beverage would be appreciated, there were only two rounds made for the entire flight of almost 9hrs. It's just nice to have a bit more flexibility..."

Lucky Westjet flight delayed (usual) And made flight by running to gate. Then get to sit on plane for an hour. AGAIN. Two flights on Westjet and two delayed and two sat in the plane an hour. First time missed my connecting to Hong Kong and Bangkok. I know nothing perfect, but this seems to be the norm. Next time will try to find someone else to fly with."

People flow was poorly designed so you got in but had to go against traffic to get out—and overall takes twice the time that waiting in line for an agent took."

Punti negativi: "The reasons that I book with Westjet are that the attendants joke with each other, appear to really enjoy their jobs, and provide over the top customer service. On this flight no one was jovial or smiling, the garbage sat on our trays for the majority of the flight. The attendants spoke to each other more than the passengers. Very disappointing!"

Wasn't notified until I was already waiting at the airport. If people need to travel more then an hour to get to the airport then need to be notified much earlier when to come. Ended up waiting almost 3 hours at the gate."
