Punti positivi: The flight attendants were kind and attentive and professional. I enjoyed being able to watch movies of my choice. Great selection of entertainment available. Food was good and the Hagen Daze ice cream was a great surprise!
Punti negativi: I’m thin but 177cm tall (long legs) so the seats were wide but leg room was uncomfortable for me. Also, the posture of the seats are not good for spinal or neck alignment so, again not comfortable. No support for the lower back and very limited reclinablity.

Second full meal was chopped up to just a salad and main dish...no bread or dessert. Air hostess could be more pleasant. Flight was late 1 hr.

Punti negativi: For Asian Veg Meal, they served Paneer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacing between meals was quite large. Entertainment options for adults and kids were quite limited.
Punti negativi: Crew was very rude when giving veg meals. Even though we had confirmed veg meals multiple times with the airline prior to boarding, they still did not know that we had a specially requested Meal. After notifying the crew of this, one member gave us an extra meal. Another extremely rude staff member then proceeded to yell at us for eating meal. This was extremely uncalled for and has severly ruined the reputation of this airline in our eyes. The customer should still be addressed with some common courtesy and not be treated as if they are beneath the crew members, as if we are at fault for the crew's own carelessly stupid mistakes and lack of organization and proper communication

Punti positivi: Having a single restroom in the economy plus section had folks climbing over each other, especially the bulkhead seats, all of the flight. Even the flight attendants had to climb over the bulkhead folks feet.
Punti negativi: The second security check before boarding had people jumping from their seat section to be checked, as the security staff weren't concerned about people's seating priority. It also seemed a couple of economy plus ladies sat in business class.

Punti negativi: The plane was almost unbearable hot for a 15 hour flight. It got to a point where I felt like I was almost suffocating. Eventually the air came on stronger bit that was lile 7 hours in.
Punti negativi: CE is budget carrier so you are often not walking into or out of terminal in China . You are on minibus commuting to/from plane. Once you land it may still be a 30-40 min commute to parking spot and minibus to terminal.
