delayed, not great airport (not any lounges or real restaurants

Same as from Chennai to Doha. One thing changed at SFO about carts for carrying bags. The cart used to be free before, but now you have to pay $8 to get a cart. Some passengers particularly who are visiting first time may not have cash or credit card. If the Qatar airlines can do something to get the carts free, that will be a good thing. It may be out of their control, but if they can provide some complementary thing to get the carts free, is better. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

I was so happy and at ease with the crew 100 %the best ever

Disorganized and lacking courtesy in Nairobi JKIA. Business travelers counter not displayed. We paid about $5000 for return tickets because they rudely locked us out saying “you are late.” They had sent us for a new 24 hour COVID test having rejected the 72 hour we had. We did not understand their logic because passengers were still in line. We were in line from 4pm, the flight was after midnight. At PHL, being American citizens, we were not required to present a 24 hour C test! We feel robbed!

Really I can’t think of anything that could’ve been better. Thank you for an excellent trip

We had to place our iPads in checked luggage for flights from harare to USA as we went through Qatar. *** I asked for quiet seats and was given seats near kitchen and toilet even though I booked in hours in advance. One leg had my ten year old daughter and I in different rows even though I checked in 4-5 hours in advance Of flight . ** staff moved my hand luggage without my permission and without informing me - it was stressful trying to find it."

Kiamaria even got text of address in WY where 2 suitcases should have gone. All 4 suitcases were sent to NJ and arrived at 9pm. more phone calls. this time Rachel helped with fedex labels unfortunately more problems as fedex said no barcode and we had to go to fedex office and finally they took care of it so many hours wasted, not to mention the anxiety and frustratioon How are you going to reimburse all this ????"

Impossibile , volo IST MXP annullato !!!!! ci hanno portati a Roma , noi siamo di Torino , fate richiesta eventuale di rimborso dalla vostra agenzia. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! siamo tornati a Torino in treno a spese nostre. Ci sono stati ritardi...ù Siamo partiti con carico eccessivo... 500Kg. Siamo tornati al gate, scaricato il peso, fatto il carburante e ripartiti. 2 ore di ritardo
