Piaciuto: il clima che si respira sui voli Delta Non mi è piaciuto: posto stretto
Il cibo purtroppo è troppo industriale, ovviamente i conservanti fanno la sua parte. Ho richiesto uno special meal dopo aver avuto brutte esperienze in precedenza. Ho assaggiato il meat meal della mia ragazza, ma entrambi non mi hanno fatto un buon effetto.
The flight staff were polite, seats were comfortable, and we reached our destinations on time. This was my first time traveling first class since the pandemic. The difference in service was dramatic and made me seriously regret having paid three times more for a first class ticket. Specifically No Sky Cap lounge - One of the main reasons I traveled first class was to use the Sky Cap lounge since we were going to have to wait for our flight for several hours at PDX. PDX Sky Cap would not allow us to enter as first class passengers. The receptionist said we needed to have their American Express Card. Further the Las Vegas Sky Cap lounge is permanently closed. Food - Our first flight was early in the morning, so I thought no need to grab breakfast in the airport, I'm traveling first class. The only food we were served or offered between LAS and PDX was Biscoff cookies. Our return trip was the same. Seems the days of being served a hot meal in first class are long gone.

I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

It was the long delay and standing that was tiring. Then the rushing around to catch the connecting flights was exhausting for everyone I am sure. Airport was crowded. The crew didn't update us on our connecting flights while we were stuck waiting for the bus to take us to the terminal, which caused more anxiety.
Great leg room in economy and the entertainment system has lots of options, I watched a few docs with David Attenborough. the flight crew were wonderful and helpful. I was really impressed with the food, both the main meal and the snack prior to landing. Some of the best food I have had on a flight! Great job Air Canada!

Amsterdam as a hub is a mess, do not use Amsterdam and KLM as a hub to European cities unless you want to miss your flight.
Short flights there is no food and no drinks, such as coffee juice, only water.
The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

The crew were so kind and friendly! When chatting with the crew they asked if we were celebrating in Paris? I said we were celebrating my birthday in Paris with my husband and friends! They kindly gave us both our coffee and snacks for free! This was so kind and has never happened us before! This made the experience so personal and enjoyable! Everything else was also perfect!

When I asked why they told me to sort my seating out in the plane. Now that's telling. Whoever checked me in could see there were lots off empty seats and couldn't take the time to seat my wife and I together. Hmmm. Terminal at Dublin was small and over crowded. There was 1 agent at the gate checking in everyone on this flight for about 10 minutes until she finally got some help. You must do better"

The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."
