In genere Lufthansa ultimamente pecca di non puntualità. In tre mesi poi, hanno perso il bagaglio. Poi ritrovato, una volta conseganto in hotel, la seconda ritirato in areoporto in maniera approssimativa. ad Hannover.

The turn time for a connecting flight from Europe to the US was only 40 minutes. We had to run through the airport, wait in passport control and the barely made the flight. Also, were were told at the counter that the maximum carryon weight was 9KG and were forced to check our two carryon. When we got to the gate, the size allowable was 11KG. Both checked pieces did not make the connection and are delayed two days. This all happened because of the 40 minute landing to takeoff time difference. When I asked the counter people about this being too tight, they said Lufthansa has a problem with this as it happens all the time.

Forced me to check my bag and the lost it. Uncomfortable seats No charging capability in under-seat outlet USB charge was incredibly slow Video entertainment was slow and unresponsive Drinks were tiny half-filled glasses, even coke.

They did not let me get on the plane because to enter Korea I had to have the K-eta which I did not have, I did and it arrived 45 minutes after the plane took off. Because you cannot check in through the web page nor do you notify me of the document. If they had let me get to Munich. I would have been able to complete my trip and not have missed the flight to South Korea

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di mezz’ora dopo l’imbarco perché non tornava il conto dei passeggeri anche perché al gate i controlli sono stati molto sommari fatti con poca attenzione. Se l’imbarco fosse stato scaglionato facendo imbarcare prima i passeggeri delle ultime file si sarebbe potuto velocizzare di molto creando meno confusione

+ Equipaggio sempre allegri e felici + Interno aereo nuovo e pulito + Buona attenzione alla disciplina anti-COVID - Partenza in ritardo inizialmente per problema staff, poi valigia da scaricare per passeggero mancante, finalmente per problema attrezzatura aeroporto. Una storia… - Postazione 26F molto ristretto con poco spazio per i ginocchi, bracce, sotto la sedia davanti. sono nella media per altezza (182cm) ma mi sentivo scomodo.

The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week.

In the end, we had to put in a little plastic bag everything valuable we had in the baggage, though on the plane there was plenty of space available in the overhead lockers."

Aircraft was insanely old, with no personal entertainment system, but only a few overhead monitors for all passengers, which played OLD movies. That is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2018. Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

Not to long of a trip, crew where very good.

Never use this airline, turned a once in lifetime trip into a nightmare.

I called and Air Canada put me on a same day flight on Delta. That flip was delayed, and I would have missed my connection. Finally, I was rebooked again, but didn't get in until several hours later than I would have gotten in."

I really appreciated the presence of outlets and USB ports for charging electronic devices, and that the seats had adjustable headrest flaps. These are essential features on long flights!"

We waited through 3 engine replacement tries in the hot Italian summer inside a hot cabin with approximately 150 passengers. Almost an hour later, engine was replaced but damage was done. Many transfer flights had to be rescheduled for later flights. Where was the reimbursement???? Just a million thanks for our patience. Time is money"

Eventually, they told the father, who separated the girls, but was just as antsy as his daughters. All lights were left on, making sleeping impossible. The crew took FOREVER bringing food and drinks out. The plane was so disgustingly messy - it looked like a small explosion happened on the plane. It was hot and uncomfortable. The flight experience made us nervous for what to expect in Greece when we arrived. Luckily, Greece was cleaner than the flight."

The timeline of when the gate was going to be told ended up being 45 minutes later than initially projected which turned out to be an hour before the flight was supposed to take off, which didn't leave much time to make it through passport control and to the correct gate. The flight was then delayed over an hour before we were able to board. Once we boarded the flight, we were delayed again an additional hour. We finally took off and landed in Toronto to be delayed yet again before we could go to our gate. Once we go to our gate (close to 30 minutes after landing) the gate would not work and we were stuck on the plan an additional 30 minutes. What was supposed to be about a 9 hour flight turned into almost 12 hours of misery. I will never fly air canada again. The best part about air canada is how every canadian I talked to say "oh yeah, they are such a "terrible" or "shitty" airline."
