Punti negativi: The flight was delayed too much for the connecting flight to Leeds. Detour to Vienna - Amsterdam - Leeds. I had to run to catch the Amsterdam flight - not easy for 72 yrs old with newish hip! Now 2hrs at Schippol and may get home by midnight.

Punti negativi: Extremely poor timing and communication. Departed over 2hr late and missed landing to the correct airport by 10 mins and so had to divert to an airport an hour away with poor coordination

I called british airways to update my personal details as their website didn't allow me to enter details, the staff messed up the details.

Cibo ovviamente non provato, perché non era il caso di cenare alle quattro di notte. Confort buono, in Magnifica. Personale praticamente inesistente: hanno offerto un frizzantino o un succo subito dopo l’imbarco, hanno chiesto se qualcuno voleva mangiar qualcosa e poi sono scomparsi per 10 ore. Nessuno chiede ai passeggeri se vogliono qualcosa: dove sono aperitivi, snack durante tutto il viaggio, liquori che Alitalia sbandiera ?
Punti positivi: The crew was really extremely courteous - and because it's off season, there was a lot of spare space.
Punti negativi: The only less than perfect score was food, but the circumstances mitigate that less than stellar note. The warm meal and snack were better than your average over-sweet snack you get sometimes coming from Europe... We had a delay that may have impacted the food (if you keep warm food too long...)

Punti positivi: I liked the explanation given by the pilot when we finally got our seats on the plane. Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset.
Punti negativi: The crew called the gate, allowed the entire flight to pass through the gate and then as we stood in the boarding gang way told us the flight had been delayed by the captain but they did not have any more information. We were then held for 2 hours sitting on the floor because the crew had taken our boarding cards and didn't want us to return to the terminal. At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!
