Punti negativi: "Vergognoso il fatto che non siano state divise le file tra priority e non, con conseguente ammassamento delle persone davanti al gate. Inoltre assurdo annunciare un gate errato, sia in inglese che in italiano e costringere le persone ad un pellegrinaggio in andata e ritorno in un gate errato"
Punti negativi: "Il problema che si è verificato del grande ritardo del volo era colpa dell'aeroporto che dispone di una sola macchina per il carico e scarico delle persone disabili"
Punti positivi: "Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. A differenza dell’accoglienza al gate. Multato ingiustamente senza nessun motivo logico nonostante il mio bagaglio rispettasse le misurazioni!"
Punti negativi: "Le regole fuffa che mettono sui bagagli per fare business sulle multe. Che serietà e credibilità può avere una compagnia che ti fa pagare 10€ di volo e 25€ di multa per un bagaglio che sfora di 2 cm o non sfora proprio come nel mio caso. Contesterò la multa nelle sedi opportune!"

Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."

Punti negativi: "Seating uncomfortable, don’t even serve water, charge money to check in 3 days early and for some strange reason they charged 100€ for standard carry ones manufactured by Samsonite for international travel because it didn’t fit in their standard cubby ... the same carry ones they allowed from London to Stansted became a tad too big on return . They remind me of US traffic police that start giving tickets on tiny issues st the end of the month to make their quota . Also many people in the line had bags exactly our size"

Punti negativi: "Was one of the worst flights I’ve ever taken. No information, no updates, no announcements until 15 minutes after flight was supposed to leave. No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

It was unbearable crowded conditions with 2 airport staff who didn't reply when asked anything. When we found out flight was severely delayed there was no staff who would receive our claims for our rights under eu261 and got our food ouchers 1hour and 25 minutes late - impeding on our rights"

Punti negativi: "We had more than 2 hours delay and although the company knew that that would be the case, they didn't let us know beforehand. We only found out when we arrived at the airport. Apparently the delay was because the aircraft had come with more than 2 hours delay from London so the company was fully aware our flight would also be delayed."

Punti negativi: "The cabin bag policy is ridiculous - we had small backpacks and had to put them in the hold. The plane was oversold so we were late while we waited for someone to get off. My friend has an NZ passport (with a 5 year ancestory UK visa) and had to print out her boarding pass at the hotel and then get it stamped - we don’t have to do this for any other low cost flights! Not sure Ryanair is really worth the “cheap” flights with all the add ons and hassle."

I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.
