Swiss Air required me to check my carry-on size bag and then lost it. They provided zero assistance locating it, deferring to the local airport (Florence), which has been helpful but Swiss Air has yet to get the bag to Florence despite ample time and additional incoming flights. Extremely poor service on the part of Swiss Air.
Swiss shouldn't operate another second until they have their customer service figured out. You can't reach anyone at the company. 0 accommodations for you in case you need to make changes.

My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

Great service very comfortable flight
The sandwich was soggy and the tomato did not taste very good. Your food has been better on previous flights. Perhaps we were spoiled by the great food in Tbilisi. It would have been nice to have a b enter expectations of the check in process and time for our very early morning flight. Since there is very little in English at Tbilisi airport, and nobody we found who spoke it well, it was confusing to figure out all that we needed to be efficient for you.

Unfortunately, I was reseated in the middle of the row, which apparently is by Boeing design, none of the middle seats recline. Who makes an aircraft that handles long (13 hour) hauls with seats that do not recline and are too narrow for the average adult? It was such a painful and uncomfortable 13 hour flight. To add insult to injury, the plane was delayed and I missed my connection and had to sit in Istanbul airport for almost 8 hours."

Ottimo aereomobile e personale cordiale.
Except constant choice of pasta and horrible salads, Lufthansa was excellent. Post Covid optimizations a savings don’t work so well. Understand company needs to survive.
None of the seats recline, on the whole plane.
No food except a piece of chocolate and a small bottle of water. It’s a 200€ flight.
I wasn't even on the plane, I tried to cancel the trip but kayak didn't help me at all. Never using this app again
This complaint has nothing to do with your airline, quite the contrary. I will be looking forward to traveling with your company again and highly recommending it. It has to do with the wifi service at both the LAX airport and the Munich airport. I have a Spanish phone company, and don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I could not sustain a connection at either airport. Again, thank you for the wonderful service and have a wonderful new year.
