We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset."

Nessuno chiede ai passeggeri se vogliono qualcosa: dove sono aperitivi, snack durante tutto il viaggio, liquori che Alitalia sbandiera ?"

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

I had to print my boarding pass or face a 50€/£ fee, but I couldn't print one for my return flight because it was more than 48 hrs prior unless I reserved seats so I paid money to avoid paying a made up fee. The money you think you save on Ryanair isn't worth the hassel. Never again."

Punti negativi: "Our flight was at 6:35am from Rome to Greece. We took an Uber to get to Ciampino Airport cause the trains don't work until 4:30 or 5am. So we get to this crappy airport and it was closed. We see people sitting outside in the stairs, sleeping on the few benches that was there and on the ground. Finally around 4am the airport opens and have to be in line waiting another half an hour for the people of Ryanair to come to the counter. When is our turn they told us that we have to go to another counter around the corner to pay for the laugagge and because we didn't print our ticket I tried to print my ticket all day the day I bought it and the website didn't allow me. I kept requesting for a code over and over again thinking I was doing something wrong but the bottom to click just didn't process anything. So I thought with my confirmation number for the booking I will be fine at the airport to get my boarding pass. Well no. They charged us 50 euros per laugagge,, that didn't have any extra weight (11 kilos each laugagge and 50 euros for not printing the ticket. So we paid 300 euros for the 3 of us Now I know why the website didn't accept the request to print the tickets on line cause they wanted to charge ppl extra. And I was not the only one with this issue there were other people in line with the same problem. This is one of the worse airlines ever! Totally scam. They don't give you nothing on the flight not even water. Cause they try to sell it to you. Food, water, snacks. Beware this company is a scam and provide a horrible costumer service."
