At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

The gate was changed last minute we didn’t hear no announcements this was our first time flight out from Mexico to Tijuana and because we were not well informed we missed our flight, aroeMexico Employees were really rude when asked to see if we could get out flight replaced. Didn’t help at all. We ended having to buy 2 new tickets. Awful will not recommend this flight to anyone."

Punti negativi: "We were told to take our suite case to boarding gate and we wanted to check in our bags since I don't speak Spanish when we went through TSA they went through our large suitcase 4 times and keep all of our liquids which I knew it was not allowed but attendence told us to go any way the TSA search took forever when we got to boarding gate which still have 20 minutes before plane leaves they close The gate and made us pay full airline price all over again and waited 4.5 hours for next flight and I paid $50 on original flight for prefer seating and was not able to used any of my original price paid. Will never fly Aeromexico AGAIN!!! Worse day ever and TSA took my girlfriend iPhone during the 7 times they went through our stuff !!"

AM seats do not provide a footrest, and there is the lack of the IFE, which on a longer flight like mex-tij could have made the flight more enjoyable. Food, AM domestic business class food options are not the best, it was a turkey/cheese sandwich on a white bread with heavy mayo, and milk rice-while delicious, also very heavy on the sugar"

I felt very offended by the staffs attitude and actions to the point I felt discriminated because of my religion. Yearly my church flys with Aeromexico to Mexico and I've never had a problem but this year I felt very targeted . As I was checking in they told me that my luggage was 2 pounds over the weight they direct us to have it so the employee told us to go and take some items out , we moved from the line and he 'shooed' us away saying "no go all the way back" we did and when we tried to go back to check in another employee cut me off from going in line and told us she didn't care for what I had to say and to return to the back of the line. At this point I was already worked up from their behavior and my mother whom was traveling with me tried to calm me down. As we get to the from of the line the SAME guy who 'shooed' us had a customer who had an over weight luggage , BUT let him take out item right there and then with his luggage on the scale . Well my mother got upset because we didn't know what it consisted of to have that privilege. We get attended by the employee who cut me off and my luggage was still 1 pound over the weight limit and she instructed us to get out and take items out , we expressed to her that it wasn't fair how other people who were flying got the advantage of just doing it there and we asked why . She denied ever doing that and said to go with the employee who did that because she refused to attend us . We asked another employee if we could speak to a supervisor and we were being persisted but she would ignore us and walk away from us . We couldn't believe how badly they were treating us. So we then went on to go with the employee who 'shooed' my mother and I and asked him why did he give special privileges to other people flying and was discriminated us , he literally told us "what discrimination? You guys need to relax. What do you want? Do you want me to attend you or what? I have other people waiting" he checked us in and NEVER saw or spoke to a supervisor . We will def never be flying with them again ."
