The trip was ok even though extremely expensive. Azul markets its free wifi during the trip however it was not working. Everything elso ok.

The flight was late so my connecting flight I missed to Curitiba, they couldn’t hold the flight for five freaking minutes while I ran across the airport I’m 64 years old but that’s OK I made accommodations and got me on another flight six hours freaking later

L'atterraggio è stato un po' brusco

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

I TRULY liked the boarding process by groups. Even though people kept trying to board when it wasn't their turn, Latam personnel did an AMAZING job forcing them to respect the process. PLEASE keep it up! Same when arriving at destination. Only let people to disembark by rows. It's much more organized and fast. Thank you LATAM for implementing these two processes. I Loved them.

My son and I had to share one headphone. The food was really bad for an international flight, Not even the wine was given without paying for it"

Punti negativi: "Latam gives wrong information about connexions. The plane seats extremely uncomfortable. Attendant gave a tissue paper to client to clean her pulling table because it was dirty. They didn't apologized and asked traveler to clean the table instead. Miss connection with the flight from Miami to New York and no help from LATAM personnel at all. This is an airline that at one point it was the best and now is the worst. It is important to clarify with passenger about passing inmigration and aduana and the distance from international to national departures!!"

It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."
