In genere Lufthansa ultimamente pecca di non puntualità. In tre mesi poi, hanno perso il bagaglio. Poi ritrovato, una volta conseganto in hotel, la seconda ritirato in areoporto in maniera approssimativa. ad Hannover.

Ottimo aereomobile e personale cordiale.

The flights were supposed to be with SAS only, but I was mailed by United, requiring documentations for international travel. Before contacting the customer service, I thought this may have been spam/scam... However it was impossible to do an online check in from all SAS, United and Kayak websites. I was therefore forced to check in at the airport with United (again, I wouldn't have known if I had not contacted CS). What really managed to piss me off is that at the time of the check in, not only United was not able to check me in with SAS, but the first flight was also arriving in Chicago at the terminal 1,with the second departing from terminal 5! These terminals are at the opposite poles of the airport (need a shuttle, because it's impossible to walk) and I had to check in and pass through the security again, with a 1:30 hour layover on a transatlantic flight!! Furthermore, Kayak HID THESE DETAILS UNTIL I FOUND OUT AT THE CHECK IN AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE. I was lucky enough to catch that flight, but only because there was no line at the security. In my case I wasn't traveling for tourism, but I was on my way back to my home country, on the grace period of my US visa. I think it's easy to figure out how many issues losing that flight could have caused to me... I also think this is a deeply irregular way of selling tickets and that kayak should have accounted liable for the issues I may have ran into.

Tt bene a parte l atterraggio che mi ha provocato mal di orecchie forse troppo sbalzo d altitudine in poco te

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di mezz’ora dopo l’imbarco perché non tornava il conto dei passeggeri anche perché al gate i controlli sono stati molto sommari fatti con poca attenzione. Se l’imbarco fosse stato scaglionato facendo imbarcare prima i passeggeri delle ultime file si sarebbe potuto velocizzare di molto creando meno confusione

Punti positivi: "there were problems getting the tickets issued in Rome. the worker at checkin kept us for 20 minutes without telling us what was going on. the flight left the gate on time, but then we sat for an hr before leaving. no information was given as to why the flight attendants were rude. after landing we sat for an hr on the runway waiting for a gate to be available."
Punti positivi: "I have been Flying Blue platinum for six years in a row. I often wondered why I never got a complimentary upgrade... Well, I can no longer complain: I was very kindly invited to move across that curtain. Of course, in short haul (2-hours+) A321 flights, all seats are created equal, business or main cabin... But the attention was there, excellent service, and gourmet food too. The whole experience was great. I'll go on flying Air France with fewer regrets."

Volo in tempo Perfetto Volo e arrivato in anticipo e tutto ok ci hanno messo dietro dove c era spazio e mi sono presa un posto dove non c era nessuno

Non ti fanno da mangiare sui voli interni solo cookies e drink però c era tanta turbolenza e quindi era difficile per loro dare da bere. Però partito in orario .

Sat on the plane for nearly 3 hours while a mechanical issue was looked at; lateness of the flight meant we missed our connection. When we got to the table for people who would miss connections to get our boarding pass for a rescheduled flight, there wasn't one for us. We got there, but this wasn't really a great experience."
