We were sure that we had paid for luggage for the return voyage. This meant that I was charged 80euros extra. Now obviously the site for booking did not. Make this clear or so many wouldn’t make the same mistake. I think the least that could have been done would be to charge 25 euros per bag. I my husband, brother and his wife will not travel Ryanair again."

On landing, we were told the airport was short of ground crew so we had to wait to steps and once off had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the baggage lane to be announced."

She was extremely rude to everyone and even berated several passengers, including those who didn't speak English. Multiple passengers who witnessed this asked for her name so that they could report her to the airline... she refused to give it. Such conduct should not be tolerated by any company, but is especially poor form for one like an airline in the customer service business. I'll make every effort to avoid Ryanair in the future just because of her."

I paid for my son when we were flying out but when coming back l refused to pay. Guess what happened they allocated my 22 year old to sit on the emergency exit. The crew then came to me asking if l could swap seats with my son as he was not allowed to sit there as if it was me who had allocated him that seat. If it was the other way round they would have asked me to pay. When it suits them."

But when we get to the airport today , they do charged us £180 /4 luggage, we were so mad . I NEVER think about come back to travel with Ryanair Airline and also tell to all my friends and family don't EVER trust Ryanair Airline...!!! Also we're seated separate events the next seat wasn't have nobody... So sad and so mad .... Hopefully the Ryanair Director know about this happening????"
Punti negativi: "I really didn't appreciate the long lines to get our visas checked, the disorganised boarding, our flight being 30 minutes late, and getting nickel-and-dimed to death with every little thing. I had to print my boarding pass or face a 50€/£ fee, but I couldn't print one for my return flight because it was more than 48 hrs prior unless I reserved seats so I paid money to avoid paying a made up fee. The money you think you save on Ryanair isn't worth the hassel. Never again."
