Piaciuto: il clima che si respira sui voli Delta Non mi è piaciuto: posto stretto
Il cibo purtroppo è troppo industriale, ovviamente i conservanti fanno la sua parte. Ho richiesto uno special meal dopo aver avuto brutte esperienze in precedenza. Ho assaggiato il meat meal della mia ragazza, ma entrambi non mi hanno fatto un buon effetto.

Punti negativi: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

crowded in airport but that was expected had to stand for almost an hour while they prepped th e plane' same one as i came in on' so needed to clean and what ever they need to do between flights all in all was alright nice staff so no complaints

Multiple flights leaving where EXTREMELY delayed, the staff put on their thinking caps, they started putting people on standby so most customers leave on an earlier flight! I was located in an extra room chair (free) due to this adjustment of delayed flights and was a great experience."

Punti negativi: "I never got on that flight because the flight from Montreal to Toronto was delayed so I would have missed the connection. The flight from Montreal was late. I showed up a the airport three times before I got on a plane. Air Canada asked me to check in online but the system didn't work. Because of the storm, Air Canada couldn't even place me on hold so I had to go to the airport earlier in the day. When I complained about not being able to check in online, they asked gaslighted me and kept repeating that their system was "a great product" and that there was no way it didn't work. One person finally told me that it was because I had a pet in cabin. I could have saved a lot of frustration if someone had told me that. I also think that for a flight that left late and caused me to change plans and leave on a different day with another delayed flight because of the luggage conveyor belt that didn't work - which paralyzed an entire airport - they could have offered us a complimentary meal on the plane."

But the worst part of the flight was the entertainment situation. There are no tv screens on the plane. They wait to tell you until after you've taken off that you can download the air Canada app to stream their selection of tv and movies to your personal devices. Once you do, they'll explain to you that it's really hard to get the streaming to work properly because so many people are trying to use it at the same time, but don't worry - they have preloaded iPads available ... for rent. It feels like a blatant cash grab on top of an already disappointing flight experience."

With the replacement flight also late our luggage did not make it and we were not informed until we reached Australia."

Updates were slow and then we had to pick up our luggage and wait in an area where there were no seats so we had to sit on the hard floor (or stand) for a long time."

Something reasonable like 5-10$ would help this problem HUGE."

Punti negativi: "We were delayed over an hour which in itself is okay as I understand flights get delayed and these things happen but the way in which the staff controlled the situation was horrible. They made multiple announcements making it sound like certain groups should go to the counter to be boarded (children, people needing assistance etc..) yet when these groups of people showed up at the counter the staff acted irritable saying they would need to wait their turn and that they havent even started boarding yet. This led to massive confusion and a huge pile up of people at the counter."
