Seats are too tight and tiny, very uncomfortable, staff not interacting or smiling, food was disgusting and tasteless, the aircraft seemed old and was so incredibly noisy the whole trip, and the ventilation was too bad the smell was just old and rusty.

Punti negativi: Agents at check-in desk took longer time to process passengers, even though some desks had two people helping. The web check-in line moved slower than the line with passengers who had not done online check-in. When I booked my flight via kayak, I was not given an option to select seats (this was new) . I was able to indicate my seat preference but there was no followup. When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport .

Punti negativi: The sound system was inadequate on the TV and the headsets were uncomfortable. The queue at the check-in needs to be better controlled, it was a bit chaotic.

Punti negativi: The aircraft seemed to be really old. The entertainment system on the seat I was allotted did not work, and I had to change seats. In the new seat, the entertainment system worked, but the seat didn't recline, and I had to change seats again - from an initially allotted aisle seat, to a middle seat. Also, the food service time was weird - we got a full lunch about an hour before we landed, which didn't make sense, and had to wait almost 5 - 6 hours between brunch and our next meal - a movie snack. Most passengers were famished by the time the lunch was served. Also, why was there no wifi?

Punti negativi: I am 6-4, so I always struggle with comfort. My legs cramp and my back aches. The meals look good and I even try them sometimes, but me and airline food seldom work out.
