People should have to disclose when they are travelling with a child with severe behavioural problems and attendants should rescue anyone forced to sit beside one or at least make the parent care for the child. Also, a minimum of crackers or pretzels would be nice with drink on 5-hour flight. The entertainment system wasn't operating correctly and kept having to be reset by crew or reset itself. And, after first class etc. board, why don't they board the people at the back of the plane first, not the ones at the front? It took forever because people in front zones hadn't settled into their seats before people from the back zones tried to board."

Misleading or incorrect information resulted in us being charged $95 to check a bag. This did not happen on our flight from Boston to Lisbon - the bags were checked through. So at the end of our trip, we were tired and waited a long time to be told that we had to pay $95 for each bag (two of us, we each had one). This was profoundly disappointing. The food was not good. The crew was great. Seats are uncomfortable, and it's like riding a bus. I'd never pay for an upgraded seat because even business class didn't look much different. Generally, I fly a legacy airline, but I wouldn't book with TAP again.

il bagaglio è stato trattenuto e non mi sono state date spegazioni, forse era rimasto a Chicago. Mi è stato portato dal corriere dopo tre giorni e non ho ricevuto alcuna spiegazione sul perchè di questo prolungato ritardo. Il corriere che a detta dell'ufficio lost and found dell'aeroporto di Capodichino, avrebbe dovuto avvisarmi per concordare orario, non lo ha fatto, rischiando di non trovarmi a casa. All'aeroporto nessuno rispondeva a telefono nemmeno i carabinieri
il bagaglio non è stato imbarcato non so perchè, il cambio dii terminal e i controlli per la seconda volta della security nonostante si trattasse di un transito, mi hanno fatto rischiare di perdere l'aereo.
Mi è stata preclusa la possibilità di acquistare il bagaglio da stiva online, il che è assurdo. Capisco che la tariffa economy non lo consentiva, ma per principio essendo il viaggio intercontinentale e di 21 ore, doveva darsi la possibilità. Il tempo di transito all'aeroporto di Chicago è stato di 1 ora e 48 minuti, pochissimi per cambiare terminale, prendere la valigia, superare di nuovo la security e imbarcare di nuovo la valigia, ho dovuto scavalcare i nastri correndo e chiesto ai passeggeri di farmi passare, assurdo. Per finire il bagaglio mi è stato restituito dopo tre giorni, allucinante. Ciò nonostante il lunghissimo stop a Monaco dalle 9,30 alle 15 circa, la compagnia ha avuto tutto il tempo di avvisarmi. Solo atterrata a Napoli mi è arrivata in concomitanza l'avviso che il bagaglio non era imbarcato. Dopo reclamo finalmente è giunto dopo 3 giorni e mi sono già rivolta alla assicurazione
This flight was a mess. For almost 6 hours, we were told conflicting information from the pilot, crew, members stationed at the gate and United members online and at the service desk. We had multiple technical difficulties that were communicated to us falsely or extremely late, leaving the passengers in a state of constant chaos. We boarded our flight after a heavy delay, then we were told by the pilot that we could not fly and deplaned. Dozens and dozens of people were sent across the entire gate to the customer service center that was no help for over an hour before finally telling us our flight was still leaving and stationed at a new gate. At this point, we were all unsure who to trust but went to the then empty gate, all very exhausted and frustrated. We finally left almost 2 hours later, arriving hours after our scheduled arrival. The first meal options contained both wheat, something I was unable to previously able to request special meals from the airline, and the ice cream was completely melted. Breakfast 6 hours later was also lackluster, containing only cookie briskets and a small Jogurt.

The design of the bathrooms, however, was problematic. The sink water faucets splashed water outside the sink and by the end of the flight there were huge puddles of water on the floor. It was also difficult for the flight attendants to navigate their beverage and meal carts around the people waiting in line for the bathrooms."

Tutti quelli che avevano coincidenze strette sull'aereo per ogni parte del mondo erano allibiti da questa mancanza di informazioni, Una volta arrivati a Toronto il personale di terra non sapeva nulla e siamo dovuti correre fino al gate seguendo le indicazioni dei monitor che davano lo stato del volo come "Boarding". Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."
