Emirates used to be very good airline but not anymore."

They offered many accommodations, like a pizza and photo, all for free. Overall, the flight went very well."

I was late by 10 mins getting to the ticket counter and Emirates gave my seat away. I then proceeded to attempt to rebook and the Emirates agent advised they are sold out for the next 3 days and have no flight alternatives to offer. I contact flight network and the person I spoke proceeds to tell me the same thing and there is nothing they can do for me. Basically that I would need to purchase a whole new ticket on another airline as Emirates doesn't have availability. Which I did. Now I'm looking online and Flight Network has my exact flight on Emirates available at same price I paid for my ticket. But now my new ticket purchased to get home is non-refundable. I'm out over 1000 dollars because of bad info. This has been a horrific experience and after being loyal to Kayak for years.... I will never use the site again."

I am partially deaf.all the bulk head sits were given to Thai. The food were unpalatable.The worst I had.No tooth brushes no snacks in between. I will never fly this horrible airlines."

What was not normal and supper aggravating was the fact that nobody met us at the gate to help us rebook our missed flights. We had to find an AA agent in the departure area and stand in line with other passengers who were checking in to their flight to Jordan. There was no customer service what so ever provided by Finnair."

It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

Only food service was on-board bistro, which sadly I slept through because I was exhausted from getting absolutely no sleep on their crummy transatlantic flight... There are no 'zeroes' to give, so can only give a 1 star poor rating on food, entertainment and comfort. Crew, again, tried in the face of a crummy airline."

Punti negativi: "I haven't heard good things about American Airlines, and now I know why. Probably the oldest plane in the fleet. Entertainment was 2-3 fold down screens from the ceiling. I can't remember the last time I flew on a transatlantic fight with no entertainment- nearly 20 years ago I'm sure. Airplane food is never great, but food options were worse than normal. American Airlines customer service at JFK was horrendous, resulting in several passengers missing their flight. (I was there if 4 hours to spare, but had to wait 1hr+ to have my birthdate changed in the system.)"

The movies were really good and (UNLIKE the flight from Chicago to Madrid, where i was told they didn't do that) the stewardess on the flight home didn't mind giving me a second glass of wine."
Punti negativi: "the people at the boarding desk in O'Hare were rude & indifferent. The flight attendants on way to Spain were non-existant The food was comically awful!!! The man at the check-in desk in Madrid could not have been ruder or less helpful (Hopefully for his wife's sake!) The food on the way home again was unfortunate.....that can NOT possibly be the best food any company can find in Spain. Hell - wed have been better off with a cheese & ham plate with some bread!!"

This is the last time I book with Kayak. Better pay a bit more directly with the airline but do not have a deal like the Kayak deal. So please remove from all your sites. Thank you VV"

Not just the lack of sufficient leg room (especially when the person in front reclined) but most importantly the quality of the cushions. They were like cardboard and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. We were not able to sleep at all due to the discomfort! Additionally, they lost my luggage. It has been more than 24 hrs since I landed and I still haven't heard anything from them as to where my luggage was, when I should expect it why it still hasn't been delivered. Overall, a terrible experience."
