The water bottles, pillow, and earbuds were on the seats.
The returning flight to the US they did not dim the lights so that it was comfortable to sleep. A red light was shining down on my head most of the trip because I had a window seat. It was very annoying.
Plane was fine and it arrived on time.
Main meal was awful. Crew was hard to find. Also water or juice was not served on flight after the meal (for hydration).
The seat are so narrow
How possible with any criteria could charge 33€ for 1.5 such exagerate no good company at all ..
SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers.
Sweet or saulty 'Snack' is a joke
The fact that the luggage wasn’t included in the Austrian flight, nor anywhere was pointed out to that so I had to pay extra for it.
Crew was very friendly. In-flight food service on such a short flight with choice of a sweet or salty snack was much appreciated.
Seat backs were rock solid without use of a personal pillow.
Flyght was terible
clean airplane. staff friendly and helpful. good movie selection
austrian and lufthansa have the worst seats in the industry. good for seating for about 30 minutes ONLY. so tough that make the trip feel even longer. a charger is needed in economy (at least one every two seats). wifi has not made it to this long haul flight yet.
ground crew were friendly
The crew at the airport and on the plane were excellent. We were on a family holiday with young ones and the crew really took care of our needs. They were extremely courteous and attentive.
The inflight entertainment options could be more current. We found the options limited... it was a good thing that the flight was short.
The service was terrible, the crew did not care about anything and not willing to help or resolve issues.
I did not like the Air Canada service.
Bags were available when we got to carousel
It took longer than average for them to open doors once at gate. That’s probably why bags were available.
Plane delayed 1 hour and a half. No compensation.

I payed extra 35$ for my seat but there was no leg space at all . There were already two metal boxes under my seat I literally crunched my feet under the seat . Worst travel of my life. The food options were over by the time they came to us. So had to eat what was remaining. Not good at all
Comfortable seats. On-time flight.
Entertainment system difficult to use. Vegetarian food was mediocre at best.
Big plane, captain communicated our flight well.
Flight personelle were not very friendly, and as I am not a great flier and was making my first oveseas trip I was a bit disappointed they were so curt.
